The Sweeper

IMHO, the hidden meaning of Villa Grazia lies in the name of it: Grazia means "grace" in English and "lütuf" in Turkish. However, the main mystery of the accomodation lies behind a locked door, namely the sweeper's room. First, we are grateful to the God and then thankful to not only the elegant and sincere owners of the villa but also the humble sweeper of it... (I mean thanks Signora & Signori for letting us to use their umbrella 🙏) We loved La Spezia, its surroundings and this villa. It has been possibly the best summer vacation in my life! Perfetto 👌

The toilet brush at the WC needs to be repaired. The TV does not connected to the satellite dish.

A wonderful house with great bay view

The house is located at great location with top of line decoration and furnitures. The beds are very comfortable and kitchen is equipped with all needed. Plus the owner is right below and always ready to help.

Amazing view

The house is beautiful, the view is amazing. Comfortable home, spacious for several people, tidy, equipped with most things. The person you correspond with on Booking is not the owner.

It is very difficult to find, a sign should definitely be posted on the road! This actually caused stress on arrival and that's why we didn't give 10 points. No micro. Wifi is weak. (There are not two bathrooms, only one, plus a toilet with a bidet. The shower and bathtub are in the same room.) There is an old wardrobe in one of the rooms, unfortunately it smells, I didn't dare put my clothes in it, it should be replaced, because it detracts from the value of the wonderful apartment.

Actually there is only one bathroom and a separate toilet. The statement on booking.com that thee are 2 bathrooms is misleading. No shampoo or bath oil was provided.

Beautiful but not ideal for our family

Beautiful view, good amount of space, clean. The owners were nice. All amenities available for cooking.

Hard to get to. Taxis would not come up the long drive, that along with the many steps we weren’t anticipating with my elderly father made our stay hard. No hot tub though one was listed. We booked for two by mistake and I mentioned to the host right away that there would be 4. Only one bed made. We had to make our own beds. Only flat sheets that didn’t fit bed. Our sheets were old and polyester-scratchy and off putting . The plugs I had used all along without issue in other places blew up my curling iron at this home. It was overall a bit disappointing despite the beautiful views.

Not the best parking place for the car, we had to park on the side of the road, hard to turn on, one of the HVAC system condense water drainage not solved competley on the balcony

Perfet place near Cinque Terre.

This place is absolutely wonderful. If I could give it more than a 10, I would. The photos do not do it justice. It is way more beautiful in person. You cannot go wrong with this place. If you enjoy luxury, space and gorgeous views, this is the place for you. We will definitely stay here again and again. My kids didn't want to leave. Close to everything, but yet secluded. Thank you!!

Nice view from the terrace. Spacious rooms. The hostess is very kind and helpful.

The lack of kettle and cosmetics i.e. shower gel and soaps. There are NOT TWO bathrooms in villa but 1 bathroom and 1 additional toilet with a washbasin.

The owner met us, that was a nice touch. The location was perfect for walking to train, supermarket and shopping.

The view from the villa was exceptional. The location is perfect and there was a parking spot available at all time. The house is really spacious and quiet.

We had problems with the WiFi and we did not get any support throughout the whole stay in order to resolve it. The window net in the main room was pretty damaged and we had many mosquito disturbances during the night.

It should be specified that it is not the entire villa but just a apartment in the mansard. We were the first clients after COVID-19 and the apartment was not prepared, that means it was not clean enough, the owner were very nice and had the apartment cleaned the next day .

Úžasné místo pro rodiny s dětmi.

Velmi krásné ubytování, na klidném místě s nádherným výhledem na přístav. Plně vybavený apartmán, spousta místa, prostorné pokoje, všude klimatizace. V obývací části je i krb, takže tu musí být nádherně i v zimě. Zahrada je překrásná, udržovaná. Pan a paní domácí i majitelé byli velice přátelští a milí. Poloha ubytování je skvělým bodem pro výlety do okolí. Moc děkujeme za krásný pobyt.

Très bon accueil à l'arrivée. La propriétaire est venue nous faire la visite de la maison et nous a donné plein d'informations quant aux activités et visites à faire, les moyens de transport et les restaurants. Très bien situé pour visiter les cinq terres et les autres villages comme Porto Venere et être au calme le soir!!
