JOIVY Exquisite Flat in the City Centre

A localização por ser perto de tudo, bem localizado e um ambiente muito tranquilo e gostoso de ficar, amei o tamanho do banheiro e o quarto por ser bem espaçoso.

Único ponto de atenção que não é um ponto negativo seria ter pelo menos um microondas e a Tv está muito muito ruim para acessar coisas na internet, meu afilhado tentou ver filme mais sempre a Tv travava e parava de funcionar.

Loved the location, the style and the feel of the place.

The toilet flush was so difficult that we could not flush it easily. There was no microwave in the apartment which is amazing for a flat of this nature, but it was also on the list of things and therefore we are unable to cook some of the microwave items that we purchased before we realised. The extractor fan in the bathroom was not working so the bathroom became rather musty & even drain smelly. The bedside lights were next to useless and could not read by them- far too dim. One of the stools by the breakfast bar was really dangerous as it looks like parts previously been broken and you could easily fall off and hurt yourself.

The property is in an exceptional location.

The bathroom smelled unpleasant; a bad drain smell. There was a large piece of plaster missing from the bedroom ceiling which dripped water through the night. Large stain on bedroom floor by side table and stains on rug on bed. Not even one matched pair of wine glasses to drink from.
