Great value for money

It’s not the nicest and newest accommodation, but it is super cheap and good value for money. The garden where you are having breakfast is really nice and cozy.

Breakfast could be better but i guess it is the same way in the majority of stays in Albania in our experience

If you look for a short stay, it is just fine. But for 5 days we had enough of 20 mins walk to the beach and fried eggs

The room is small. The bathroom was dirty. The toilet was stained and had stones inside. Breakfast was good, but we had fried eggs for 5 days! No diversity. During the 5 days no one came to cleam the room or to change the towels. It’s far from the beach

A hidden gem full of charm!

We absolutely loved our stay at Garden Villa Dhesara! The place is tucked away just off the main road, which made it peaceful and perfect for our family of two adults plus a pre-schooler. The garden is beautiful – full of flowers, greenery and trees giving it a relaxing vibe. Our little one had space to play safely, and we enjoyed lazy breakfasts in a cute restaurant surrounded by lemon trees, which is located on the back of the property. The lunch/dinner menu is simple but always cooked fresh from a local ingredients. The apartment we had was clean, well-kept and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views were stunning - from the first floor we could see the sea. I really enjoyed sitting on the massive, private balcony with a glass of wine. Arturo, the owner was incredibly kind and welcoming – always happy to help. It's in the walkable distance to shops, restaurants and the beaches. We truly didn't want to leave! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm, beautiful spot in Ksamil!

A word of warning if you are a tea-drinker, you better bring some teabags with you, as it's hard to find it in the local shops. Villa didn't have a mugs, so we bought some. From my personal point of view the mattress on the bed was a bit on the harder side, but everyone has a different preferences.

Small rooms but space efficient. 4 adults can sleep comfortably. Kitchen is very small to cook actual meals but we mainly ate out so. Hosts were super nice and ready to help with anything. Would definitely recommend.

The host and his family were really helpful, their hospitality was very warming. The balcony is just great during the afternoon, and the nights.

Not EU standard electic solloutions, but Albania is not the part of the EU, so no surprise. But nothing dangerous, even we were with our 4 years old son.

Great owner - friendly and nice in general.

It wasnt clear which rooms have a kitchen corner and vice versa. The bathroom wasnt completely neat and the flusher of the toilet was poor. The walls were pretty thin so you can hear everything/everyone in the house.

Kind hostess

The hostess is very nice! The accommodation is in a quiet location, away from all the noisy bars. Still, it's a short walk to get to the restaurants and a beach. So the location is great. I also liked the decoration of the room.

Vila Alesio has rooms and apartments. We booked something called "Studio Apartment" (25m), but this one wasn't an apartment, it was a room. The information on Booking also said it had a kitchen, but our room didn't have a kitchen. Furthermore, in the picture, there was a table with chairs on the balcony. There was indeed a balcony, but there were no table or chairs on it. I think it was just an honest mistake, since the hostess is very kind! But I think the hostess should update the information of room "Studio apartment (25m)". Lastly, it is indeed close to the beach, but it's also the most crowded beach of Ksamil (in July). So we walked 45 min to the south to find a beach with some space. Renting a scooter is also a good idea!

Excelente, con esencia local!

Todo es excelente. Encontrar este espacio en Ksamil fue lo mejor del viaje a Albania, todo lo hacen con mucho amor para que la experiencia sea increíble. Nos recibieron con rakia casera hecha por la familia, ingredientes locacles muy rica y fue un gran gesto de bienvenida. La habitación es cómoda y tiene todo lo necesario. El desayuno es increíble, todo hecho en el momento y diferente cada día. También hay servicio de restaurante y todo estaba muy rico. A pesar de hablar poco inglés, la comunicación fluía perfectamente, nos ayudó mucho tambień la hija que hablaba perfecto inglés. Se puede llegar a pie a la playa perfectamente. Un negocio familiar que le deseamos que vaya muy bien y mantenga esta esencia local!

Obiekt czysty, zadbany, na wyposażeniu wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy. Gospodarz zawsze uśmiechnięty, życzliwy oraz bardzo pomocny chętnie udzielający rad gdzie warto jechać i co zobaczyć. Śniadanie serwowane w ogrodzie co jest super, typowe dla kuchni śródziemnomorskiej czyli proste i smaczne. Skorzystaliśmy również z możliwości zamówienia dodatkowego posiłku w obiekcie czyli kolacji, duży wybór, jedzenie domowe bardzo smaczne.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Garten Villa ist ein sehr schönes Haus. Sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet, mit einen kleinen innen Garten wo das Frühstück serviert wird, das sehr gut und abwechslungsreich ist. Man kann hier auch zu Abendessen essen. Es gibt eine Speisekarte. Wir haben es 4 mal gemacht und waren sehr zufrieden. Preis/Leistung passt, besser als im Ort. Der Vermieter ist ein sehr guter Koch. Empfehlenswert. Aber auch sonst ist er ein guter Gastgeber, er gibt Empfehlungen und Hinweise. Er hat uns sogar nach Butrint gefahren. Parkplätze sind am Haus, man läuft ca 20 min bis ins Zentrum. Würden jedenfalls wieder kommen. Nochmals vielen Dank.
