It was surprisingly close to San Marco and all of the sights and some great restaurants, but in a quiet building. So nice, comfortable and spacious for our group of 8 (six kids). Very handy having a washer and a large drying rack, and the kitchen was wonderful to use! Communication was great with Nicoletta, and she was helpful in directing us to the place.
There was some noise from the canal in the morning, but we closed the shutters the second night and that remedied the situation.

This apartment is in a great location. Views of the gondolas passing by. Great rooms with plenty of space. We loved it here.
