The location is excellent. Easy to get to via the water bus from the airport, get off at F.te Nove. Plenty of restaurants nearby and in a quiet neighbourhood yet only 10/15 minutes walk to St Marks Square. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious.

The property was great. The shower and cubicle in one of the bathrooms needed a bit of repair, but nothing that stopped us using it. We weren’t aware we had to pay a breakage deposit of €200 euros on arrival or provide copies of our passports before we got the key code which was done via WhatsApp or Booking.com.

Prime Location: Conveniently located within short walking distance of key attractions. Spacious & Private: The apartment felt very spacious, offering excellent privacy for each of the two bedrooms. Charming Design: A tasteful combination of a historical building with contemporary renovation. Welcoming Host: Sara was extraordinarily welcoming and super helpful over a WhatsApp call when we needed assistance. No Disruption: Located away from busy noisy central routes. Overall, we had a lovely time and really appreciated Sara's quick support!

Nothing was a major issue, but a few minor maintenance touches would easily elevate this apartment from great to exceptional. Check-in Access: We had a bit of trouble opening the door initially, but Sara was incredibly helpful and walked us through it over a WhatsApp call. It would be great to include these specific door tips in the check-in instructions upfront, especially if it’s a known trick. Maintenance Touches: A few minor fixes are needed, such as replacing a couple of burnt-out light bulbs (one in the entry hall and a few in the kitchen), fixing the broken toilet paper holder, and repairing a drawer that was missing a plank. None of these impacted our stay or functionality—there was still plenty of light—but fixing them would keep the space looking sharp. Exterior Work: There was ongoing exterior construction during our visit, so the building was covered in scaffolding. However, it didn't cause any disrupting to our stay—it was purely a cosmetic detail.

Fantastic location, out of the busy area but so easy to walk to all the landmark sightseeing spots. Great dining and food options 2 minutes walk from the front door. We loved our stay.

Accommodating for 6 people with 2 bathrooms. Location was good.

WiFi did not work the entire duration of our stay. Contacted property, they only responded once to tell us try a different WiFi that didn’t even show up. We reached out again and never got another response.
