Rialto Luxury Flat

This place was so beautiful. Each room was iconic- like a museum yet comfy enough to feel at home. The owner met us there and explained everything. So nice! It was also right next to the water and very close walking distance to the city center. I wish we could stay longer. I highly recommend this place.

Here’s a polished version of your review: We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby attractions. The host and staff were very welcoming, friendly, and always available to help whenever we needed assistance. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this property and would be happy to stay here again.

De ligging was top, super centraal. Enkel op zaterdagavond/nacht heel veel lawaai vanop de straat. Andere nachten geen beetje last. Maar verder echt niks op aan te merken. Heerlijke resto/terrasjes op wandelafstand en een klein supermarktje op 3 minuten wandelen. Kortom top.

Eigenlijk niets dat mij niet beviel. Alle basisbenodigdheden waren aanwezig. Ook keukenpapier, koffiemachine, douchegel. Was echt in orde. En ook de flexibiliteit van Massimiliano. We gingen normaal rond 23h50 aankomen aan onze accommodatie. Massimiliano ging daar zijn om ons te ontvangen. Door een gecancelde vlucht, bagage die uiteindelijk niet mee was hebben we 3 keer onze afspraak moeten verplaatsen en waren we uiteindelijk maar de dag nadien rond 16h aan de accommodatie. Daar werd allemaal geen probleem van gemaakt.

It could be lovely but does not seem to be well maintained or cleaned which is a shame.

The washing machine advertised does not work. It is for 8 people but there were nit enough cups, plates or glasses for even 6 people. The sofa bed was broken snd no-one came to fix it despite asking. Entry to the apartment was very dirty and off putting with a broken stair that was dangerous and not cleaned up at all our entire stay.
