The breakfast was fantastic! The scrambled eggs and bacon were made to order and very good. A lot of fresh fruit options too! The staff members were all very friendly and polite. They even let us check in early which we were so appreciative of! The bus stop right into Venice was about a 3 minute walk away.
The only negative is that the water heater in the bungalow is small so you need to take quick showers but it was not a big deal. Just something to be aware of!

Great atmosphere, lovely wooden interiors at anl refurbished old farm. Fantastic breakfast which feels like eating out in a cafe, with live cooking. Our bathroom was HUGE. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Farm animals are a nice additional thing for the kids. Close to the airport and to Venice either by bus or by car (the staff can tell you which parking to choose)

Excellent room and friendly welcoming team. Also very helpful with recommendations for visiting Venice.
Well placed to also pick up bus into Venice or to airport.
A little unclear how the breakfast arrangements worked when entering this area in the morning. All there, but I think it would help if breakfast team greeted you on arrival.
