We picked this resort for its closeness to the Marco Polo airport and because we were intrigued by its larger vision. We were happy to see that in action and enjoyed the feel of ancient history all around us. Appreciated the shuttle to the airport as well.
I had some trouble communicating with the property through Booking.com. It took much more effort on my part than necessary to confirm our bed arrangements and to figure out how to get to the resort without a car. Staff on hand when we arrived were gracious and helpful. May be useful for others to know that dinner options were minimal and not special. Breakfast, on the other hand, was quite good.

Big spacious room. Beautiful grounds. Friendly reception. Easy location to catch local bus to Venice. Close to airport but not convenient to walk due to lack of footpaths.
It’s extremely close to airport but the shuttle is expensive and taxi also ridiculous cost for the short distance. There is a bus but not convenient when you have an early morning or late night flight.
