It was clean and had a lot of nice add ons like coffee and bin bags. The two bathrooms make a big difference when you travel with two couples.

The apartment is very comfortable, clean and all facilities function properly. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Nice blackout curtains and quiet area.
The canal view is limited, so don't imagine you're getting a Canale Grande view. The garden is in an inner patio with no privacy from neighbouring patios and surrounding buildings. Checkout time before 10am is very aggressive. Additional charges for check-in after 7pm - 30€ and after 10pm - 50€. In this day and age it is a bit criminal that they can't provide access via codes or key locks.

I like the location very much. There was very nice service from the girl who let us in earlier to leave baggage.rooms were big enough and we have two separate bathrooms.
I was a little bit disappointed because the pictures on booking do not reflect the reality. Flat is a rather normal standard, nothing special about it. in the bathroom in the shower some black spots, under bed dirt ( we dropped something and we had to dig in) 😉
