Kitchen is more for light cooking but should be more than enough for traveler. AC was working but honestly the natural air was way better.

Absolute perfect location! We were in Venice for 3 nights and couldn't be happier with our stay.
Firstly, the location was only a 10 minute walk from St. Lucia train station and secondly the water bus stop was literally right outside our apartment window. The space itself was immaculately clean. Messaging with the owners was simple and prompt.
If ever we get the chance to return to Venice, we will definitely be staying at Palazzina Riva. A true gem of Venice.

Amazing location on the canal in Venice. There is a wonderful boat that will take you one stop to the train station -which is great if you have big bags. The kitchen is wonderful and the terrace was so nice to sit outside and enjoy the weather. The building is super secure and in a wonderful location for everything in Venice. We highly recommended and will definitely be back.
