The apartment was amazing. There was plenty of room for a family of 4 and all of the space was nice! The apartment was nicely updated with modern amenities and also can stocked with drink and snacks. Our only negative was that the bathtub was dirty but otherwise the rest of the apartment was very clean.

The property is perfectly located right on the canal, directly in front of the waterbus stop, and just a short walk from the main train station. The room was spacious, well appointed, and very quiet. Check-in was smooth and straightforward. Getting around couldn’t have been easier with the waterbus right at the doorstep — a great base for exploring the city.

The staff was very friendly, they had extra snacks and drinks available for free, clean, excellent view of the grand canal.

The room was tidy, clean, and comfortable during our stay. The receptionist was very helpful and took the time to give us useful information about the Carnival events, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect, very easy to get to, and made getting around Venice simple.
