The location is amazing The apartment is big. Enough to fit 4 people The host communication was always rapid and quick answering all the questions You have everything in the apartment: plates, cutlery, iron, umbrellas, blankets, etc.

Should say that there weren’t major problems about the property all the unpleasant things disturb the overall experience. The cutely and dishes were dirty. Once we wanted to wash them the sponge was in such a bad and also dirty condition that I didn’t want to touch it (pictures attached) Spots on the towels (pictures provided) The mattress on the bed is super soft. It might not be a problem for some people, but was a bit of a struggle for us, we have to change it to sofa. The shower corner is dirty (pictures attached). The soap dispenser was full of water and almost no soap. The last thing can be considered as a property policy, but I still want to mention it since hospitality is about work with people and showing understanding/empathy. My mom broke a leg (the evidence could be provided) and couldn’t make it to Venice. We asked the host for a price reduction for one person and it was declined (when I checked on booking.com the price does change depending on the number of people).

La communication avec le responsable. Nous avons eu quelques difficultés avec les serrures et nous avons dû nous débrouiller par nous mêmes. Le responsable ne retournant nos appels qu’avec un bon retard

The location in Sestiere Santa Croce makes it easy to get to sites in Cannaregio, San Polo, Dorsoduro and San Marco. The bedding was comfortable. The linens were good. the kitchen was fully equipped. The bathroom has a window. The local market is nearby and pretty good.

There is no door separating the main bedroom and the sofa bed. Two couples traveling together might want more privacy. The cafes in the local campo were not great.

サンタルチア駅から歩いて10分ほどで、荷物を持って歩いても負担のない距離と階段の量でした。 メインの観光地から程よく離れていて静かで、観光地に行くにも徒歩圏内なので立地は良かった。 洗濯機や洗濯洗剤、食器や調理器具も用意があったので、子どもと一緒の旅行にはありがたい。 ベネチアの中ではコスパが良い。

全体的に老朽化が見られました。カビや埃の匂いもしました。衛生面が気になる人には向いていないと思います。 エアコンも宿泊者は操作できないので、換気をするのにキッチンのファンを回してすごしました。
