We (fam of 2 + 2 teenagers) stayed here for a few nights. The place is a typical older Venetian house close to the canal Grande, train station and airport transfer boat station . The owner was very helpful in providing guidance and checking us in, including allowing luggage storage before and after the check in/out.
It's definitely a great value. We enjoyed our stay.

The location on the apartment was great, very close to the train station so easy access for check in/out. The owner really went out of his way as well, proving a binder with information on local restaurants, shops and other services. Very important to avoiding the tourist trap restaurants in a town like Venice.The apartment was clean and spacious, albeit a little dark unless you open up a few of the shutters. Tall people beware, the kitchen has low ceilings, so just watch your head when moving around. All in all a very positive experience with the property and with the owner.
