Venetian house - Guglie

Location was fantastic V clean apartment Reasonable on price vs other options Bed was very comfortable, lots of storage space for unpacking. Kitchen well equipped although we have to buy a corkscrew Nice to have really good coffee available. Plenty of clean towels, bedding fresh. Good to have a fan in the bedroom.

We had to pay a "check-in" charge of €30.30 and im really not sure what on earth we got for this charge as all they did was send a key code. This was not mentioned on booking.com and really was not value for money at all. Pre rental information should have been provided - only messaged with how to access the property 1 hour before arrival. It would have been nice to have had better communication. Key collection could have been better - the message was a google map location rather than the actual property number - of which there were several in that place. This caused delays and frustration with some stress. Good to have hand soap in the bathroom but the dispenser doesn't really work. The apartment was basic - improvements might be guest book with arrival notes and information, some games, a welcome bottle of wine and a phone call/message to check everything was OK would all be very cheap ways to have made this stay better.
