La ubicación, el tener el tranvía enfrente y la facilidad de llegar a Venecia sin hacer trasbordo.
Los alrededores son muy tranquilos y con zonas para andar y aparcar gratis. El apartamento no es muy grande pero es lo suficientemente cómodo. El detalle de gestionar la tasa turística es un plus que se agradece mucho.
El sofá- cama no era tan cómodo. Es demasiado firme para dormir. Puede ser porque es nuevo o tiene poco uso como tal.

Das Apartment an sich war ganz ansprechend. Klimaanlage war sehr gut und auch notwendig! Kaffee gab es ebenfalls genügend in Form einer Nespresso Maschine einschließlich beigelegter Kapseln!
Das Bad könnte eine Renovierung gut gebrauchen. In dem Apartment fehlte es an einer Kochgelegenheit, einer Herdplatte. Das Umfeld lädt nicht zum Verweilen — eher, drängte sich auf, weiterzugehen.

Limpieza, seguridad, comodidad para trasladarte.
La atencion no es personal, hasta antes de llegar me podía comunicar vía telef. Despues de llegar nunca mas pude hacerlo. No tuve agua caliente en toda la estadía, solicite tenerla, y no recibí ninguna respuesta alguna jamas. Nunca mas contestaron, ni telefónicamente y a través del mail de Booking me salia como dirección de correo inexistente y que no lo podían entregar. Ni siquiera una respuesta cuando avise que nos retirabamos.

- appartement propre
- le four ne fonctionnait pas, nous n’avons pas pu faire cuire notre repas
- l’immeuble est triste et sale
- il n’est pas précisé que l’ascenseur ne va que jusqu’au 5eme étage et que l’appartement se trouve au 6eme étage
- la clim ne fonctionne pas si on doit utiliser les plaques de cuisson
- l’enregistrement au préalable avec photos : galère !
- literie peu confortable
