Struttura nuovissima, pulita, domotica facile ed intuitiva. Ante contro il sole, zanzariere e aria condizionata. Spazi ampi e bagno finestrato. Parcheggio auto e vista sulla natura. Accettano cani. Bibite fresche in frigorifero ed attrezzato con pentole e stoviglie

Un consiglio che mi sento di dare è che in bagno manca un porta asciugamano per il bidet.

The place is kind of new and the room was spacious, modern and well equiped, you can even cook your meals if thats what you want, the kichen its fully functional. The place is made with very good materials and feels cosy, its a good place to stay and relax before and after visiting Venice. It is located in a kind of a beautiful country side, in peace and silence, at least when there's no inteligent people that don't realize not to talk too loud at 1 AM. It takes about 20 minutes by car to go to Venice, pretty easy to reach everywhere if you come by car.

A table and some chairs outside its a must, theres no place to stay in the garden or near the room, absolutely nothing what so ever, I've drinked the morning coffee standing. There was a coffee machine but with no capsules, basicaly useless. The mattress is a litle to stiff, I woke up with some back pain. Even if I've managed to make the AC to power on, by closing all the windows, because they have sensors, the cooling unit never started, no mater what. There was no slippers and bathrobe, like advertised. An extra tax for documents was demanded even if that wasn't presented or acknowledged in anyway when I've made the booking, and its not about the value, its about the approach.
