Great location, very well appointed apartment.

The shower curtain was really long and the tray very shallow allowing the water to easily spill onto the floor - could do with a bit of building up at the side or a narrow glass panel and better curtain.

Fantastic location, spacious bedroom and very clean!

Shower curtain (they should put doors in) and there was not enough amenities - the toilet roll ran out, there were no tissues and no tea towel to dry things and not enough bin bags. Also the refuse/taking bins out instructions are very confusing they need to be clearer.

Overall the apartement was as described, clean and very close to buses and tram stops to go to Venice. It's a good option if you're looking for something away from the tourists but with an easy access to the historical part.

The shower is very small and quite uncomfortable. The sink in the bathroom was loose. There is a bit of a smell int he apartement, even if it is actually clean (I guess it must be coming from the pipes).

Very clear self check-in instructions. Good location. Tram and grocery store are just 3-5 min away. Cooking oil, salt are available. Coffee moka is available. AC in the corridor is sufficient to cool down the bedroom where there is no AC.

If you decide to cook (ex eggs, veggies for breakfast) pay attention that all frying pans are scratched and in bad condition, cooking untensils are also in bad burnt condition. There is no mirror in the bathroom, and sink tap is broken. But water is still running fine. There is a mouldy smell coming from the bathroom so you would need to always keep the door closed. Curtain in the shower really needs to be washed or changed because of its smell. There are dirty stains on the couch in the kitchen. Coffee that was available did not look trust worthy to drink.
