Pleasant apartment and nice hosts but lack of strong WiFi is a big negative.

The apartment was clean and spacious for two people. The kitchen was equipped for cooking and we appreciated the laundry machine.

The WiFi was terrible and very frustrating. The location wasn’t the best for being close to groceries, restaurants and train. We are walkers but it’s more difficult with groceries.

great spacious stay for exploring Liguria coast

very spacious, comfortable, had all the amenities. check in was very smooth with elena giving us all the info. an info booklet was provided which was amazing. kitchen had all the utensils and oil salt to cook. the room was big and well ventilated. it was quiet area with great views. overall really enjoyed casa elena

Superb

We arrived around 4 am in the morning and we couldn't find parking nearby and also it was a bit tricky to find the key / apt :) we managed it thanks to Barbara's messages. very clean and cosy.

it is an ITALIAN breakfast, don't expect omelettes and bacon :) the floors are all tiles - bring comfy and warm shoes if you visit in the colder season. we used the blankets in the cabinet over night; we couldn't find other bedding option.

Qualité/prix: magnifique appartement.

L'accueil de la propriétaire. La propreté de l'appartement. Le confort de celui ci. Les attentions de la propriétaire.( Il y a tt dans la maison pour bien démarrer son séjour. ( Documentations, huile, vinaigre, sel, lessive, produits d'entretien etc...). l'emplacement ( 20mn à pieds de la gare centrale, 45mn du port) . Rapport / prix/ Qualité c'est parfait. Je recommande.

Le bruit du train, la voie ferrée étant près des immeubles. L'appartement est sombre, la seule fenêtre de la pièce principale donnant sur un mur, cependant cela ne nous a pas trop gêné du fait que nous ne passions que peu de temps à l'intérieur.

Super séjour !

Elena et Barbara sont vraiment très gentilles et accueillantes. L’appartement est encore mieux que sur les photos, il est fonctionnel (poêles, assiettes, frigo, huile d’olive pour cuisiner). Attention pas de gel douche mais un savon pour se laver les mains, cependant, il y a des serviettes, un sèche-cheveux et une machine à laver. Il est vraiment super pour un court ou long séjour, il est très propre ! Il n y a pas de petit-déjeuner à proprement parler mais des biscottes, de la confiture, des petits gâteaux et du sucre. Concernant l’emplacement, il est à 20 min à pieds de la gare et il y a un supermarché à 10 min à pieds (et une boulangerie, un bar pour prendre son café, une pharmacie et une pizzeria à 2 mins !). Le lit est très grand et plutôt confortable, il y aussi beaucoup de rangements. En conclusion, le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment super.

Le logement conserve la chaleur, ce qui peut être compliqué lors des fortes chaleurs mais un petit ventilateur est disponible (pas de clim).

Een fijn verblijf, zeker aan te raden om het prachtige cinque terre te ontdekken

De locatie was perfect voor ons! Net buiten de drukte van La Spezia maar op goede bereikbaarheid van het centrum (auto en/of lopend). Erg fijne ligging om cinque terre te bezoeken! Een heerlijk bed in een aparte kamer en daarbij prachtig uitzicht vanuit het raam!! De keuken was van voldoende keukengerei voorzien, dus hier hebben we twee maal goed gebruik van gemaakt! Ondanks dat de communicatie wat lastig was gezien het taalgebrek was Elena ongelofelijk gastvrij en zijn we haar zeer dankbaar voor het verblijf!

Er was geen airco aanwezig, wel een ventilator… maar we kregen hiermee de hitte niet het appartement uit. Naar onze mening was het ontbijt wat karig… we hebben hier geen gebruik van gemaakt en zijn ergens buiten de deur gaan eten wat voor ons geen probleem was! Iets wat wat lastig was, maar niet een concreet probleem, was dat we werden ontvangen door Elena die geen Engels sprak, en wij nul Italiaans. Uiteraard is dat allemaal vanzelf los gelopen en was ze wel een ongelofelijk vriendelijke dame en zijn we haar dankbaar voor haar gastvrijheid!

Logement

L'accueil agréable de la maman, malgré la barrière de la langue. Logement situé à 15-20 mn de la gare, avec divers commerces sur le chemin.

Le logement est sombre, il n'y a qu'une fenêtre dans la pièce principale et face à un mur. Nous avions pris ce logement avec petit déjeuner, mais déception le frigo était vide, pas même un jus de fruits, uniquement 14 biscottes pour 2 pour 4 matins, un paquet de café et 1/2 l de lait. Pour nous ce logement ne vaut pas 9.

À 30 minutes à peine de la gare à pieds, nous étions au calme et au confort.

Le calme, le confort du lit et toutes les commodités mises à disposition pour permettre que notre séjour se passe au mieux. La sympathie de notre hôte.
