Very nice place by the sea in Kotor

It was Just a few meters by the sea. The house was two floors and there was enough beds for 8 people.

There was a smell of moisture or damp but it was ok.

Interesting place-in front of the port. Cozy courtyard with authentic architecture. The hostess does not speak English, but tried very hard to help and was pleasant.

Our lovely host was a great one! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

Big apartment in lovely town, but a little bit old

Place is great, located in beautiful small town, great for swimming in the Bay. Close to Kotor and good for visiting whole bay. Apartment is big with two bedrooms and livingroom with additional bed. We stayed one night in the smaller apartment upstairs and it was smaller but at all better equiped and it was newer, with very comfortable rooms and bathroom.

Smaller bedroom is very hot and it has only loud fan on the ceiling - old fashioned, there should be aircondition. Bathrooms are a little bit old and not so comfortable for this price. Apartment on the second floor is better equiped and cheaper.

Location is amazing, calmness is everything, really enjoy every second of staying here.

So far, the most beautiful two days on my vacation throughout Mediterranean. Host is a great man and really communicative. He is local, so he would probably give you the best advice for visiting around.

A perfect break from the sea foam

the holiday was great. I liked the food the most, there are wonderful restaurants nearby and the coastal food is something extraordinary and I would recommend it to anyone. Location with sea view, stone houses, peace, good company, everything you need for a perfect holiday. Great praise for the host too. We liked it as soon as we met, quite honest, smiling and very pleasant.

We have no bad comment for this apartment, we have not been welcomed in a long time. We only regret that we could not stay longer, but obligations are not waiting 😜

Everything about our stay at the house was great.House was super clean and furniture was brand new and location was fantastic.Beaches in Lepetane are great and the house is just a few meters from the sea.Goran,the owner of the house was super helpfull and friendly.

Все отлично, мы приехали поздно ночью, хозяин нас встретил и предал ключи. Дом тихий, чистый уютный, можно сказать у самого берега моря, машину я всегда находил куда поставить, рядом небольшой магазин и неплохой ресторан с русскоговорящими официантами. Хозяин отличный парень, предоставил нам доступ к прачечной где можно было постирать одежду, в доме есть все необходимое, посуда, мебель, холодильник.

Курящая пожилая соседка, курит просто нон-стоп как паровоз, окна невозможно открыть, еще на первом этаже кроме нас жила мышь, мелочь, а на столе не чего не оставишь. Над нами в один из вечеров посилились шумные соседи и до часу ночи орали песни, благо длилось одну ночь.

Ausstattung- gehört einiges ersetzt bzw instand gesetzt, zu viele Betten im oberen großen Zimmer- Bäder nicht sauber, nur ein Badetuch vorhanden sonst nur Handtücher - das schöne Haus hätte viel mehr Potential in dieser wunderbaren Lage -
