Loverly stay in beautiful Perast!

Perast is a beautiful town and the apartment has stunning views from the terrace. It is older style but spacious and comfortable. Miljan was very helpful. Parking space is great as was the washing machine and very good WiFi. Miljan recommended taking the local bus to Kotor for 1.5 euros which takes about 20 minutes and was a great idea.

The 200 odd steps to the waterfront shops and restaurants would not be suitable for people with mobility issues.

Wonderful views of the Bay of Kotor

The host was extremely helpful on arrival, guiding us to the free street parking (at a premium in Perast) and bringing ice for my wife’s wine. Drinks on the terrace was sensational and we spent hours out there, watching ocean liners come in and out. The location was great, just a short walk down 220 odd stairs to the main road down below. We loved our stay here and were amazed by the vine on the terrace, which must have been really old. We also had a washing machine in our bathroom, which proved handy.

Parast is expensive but this apartment is affordable.

Host Mijlan was very fast replying our questions n gave very clear instruction of how to reach the apartment.He is very kind to give us all travell tips in Perast. This is a family-run apartment,so don't expect the same qlty as hotel. if you are looking for a relaxing staying in Perast with limited budget ,it's a good choice. you can cook n do laundry there.

Nice view, but owner should get another relative to help

Cute apartment, nice view, well functioning air con

The owner himself is nice and accommodating But his older aunt is very unpleasant. She seems very annoyed at your presence, cannot wait to get you out, more or less vacuums you out of the place. If you ask for an extra pillow she barges in and starts critiquing your sleeping arrangements. We had agreed with the owner we could stay 1,5 hour longer but she came and kicked us out.

What a wonderful place to stay at. The owner “ Miljan Jovanovic” is the greatest owner I ever met. She is so nice and caring. I believe this apartment has the most beautiful view of the bay. Don’t miss it.

Amazing host, amazing view

Miljan was super lovely, helping with my luggage and showing m the room and facilities. His English was great. The view over Kotor bay from the balcony was amazing. A short walk down some stairs and you are in Perast. The best bit is the nearby free parking which can be a problem in Perast when busy. Would definitely recommend.

The walk back up the stairs is fine, but there are a few flights and I took a few rests on the way back. For some, this could be tricky.

Mr. Jovanovic is friendly, attentive and hospitable. He sends clear directions to his apartments and lives on the property, available to help and answer questions. Parking is available on the property or nearby. Location and views are sensational at the topmost part of town. Perast is a peaceful, quiet alternative to Crowded Kotor.

Very well located, walking distance from Old Town. Super clean and modern with all the amenities for cooking if needed. Great bathroom and shower, comfortable beds and pillows, little outdoor area with table and chairs, AC and good wifi connection. Great value for money.

Great place!

I was very pleased with my stay. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with the owner was very easy. One of the highlights was definitely the terrace, which offered a stunning view — perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Everything was great, view, terraces, clean place, kitchens fully equipped, parking,...but the most valuable is Anđa, perfect host. Good value for money, of course.

In one apartment WiFi was not working, but, that is minor thing.

This is really value for money. The views are simply gorgeous.

The views of the terrace are breathtaking. You will never be bored of the view. The staff were lovely who promptly helped us with any issues we had.

The apartment is very small so please check the size before you book. There is literally no space to move. Luckily we spent all our time outside because we had a car. There were also ants and a centipede.

Good views from the terrace, parking spot reserved for us at our arrival, easy communication with the host

Only cash is accepted but was not specified in the listing (the owner did try to give us another option by going to a post office that should accept cards to send him money). A bit of humidity smell and signs of mold in the bathroom but it is to be expected given the lack of windows in it.

Budget accommodation with a great view

- The hostess was very nice and the check-in process was quick and easy. - Before arrival we were sent clear instructions on how to arrive, so it was easy. - The parking lot is private and free. - The view from the window is stunning!

To enter the parking lot, you need to drive onto a small area along a narrow ramp at a large angle, and to exit, you need to turn around and drive along the ramp. This can be a problem for a less experienced driver.

A Dreamlike Stay in Perast

Staying here felt like stepping into a dream. The views of Perast beach were absolutely breathtaking – I could’ve spent hours just soaking in the scenery. The location was perfect, just a short and scenic walk to the charming town. What made it truly special, though, were the people. Everyone was so warm, friendly, and genuinely accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Can’t recommend this place enough – it’s a hidden gem I’ll never forget!

Absolutely fantastic value and perfect for a couple in the gorgeous village of Perast.

The property had the most amazing views over the water, great air conditioning and lovely verandah to enjoy the views from. The hosts were fabulous. We had to send a parcel to their address and they collected it for us, paid the customs fee on our behalf and were so helpful.

There are no negatives here but be aware that it is at the top of the hill in Perast. This means you have incredible views but also that when you are coming back from the village you have a steep stairway to climb. It’s not too difficult but if you have mobility issues you need to consider this.

Paradise! Wonderful place and hosts!

Wonderful apartment with a breathtaking view! The owner was always extremely friendly and helpful, he even woke up on purpose at 6 a.m. on the day my friend left and waited with her for her bus to make sure she was OK! The kitchen was very well equipped, the place was super clean, comfortable and quiet...oh, and did I mention the view? Thank you for your warm welcome, we will highly recommend your place to anyone who plans to visit Perast!

Prijatni domacini, parking, apartman je prostran i odlicno opremljen. Terasa ima predivan pogled na zaliv i hlad od vinove loze. Potrebno je stepenicama svega 2-3 minuta do setalista i restorana. Posebno zelim da istaknem da su nas sacekali sa ohladjenim pivom i sokom u frizideru koje su nam ostavili da se osvezimo, nismo imali takvo iskustvo do sad i bili smo veoma prijatno iznenadjeni. Mislimo da je ovo sjajan izbor za vas pogotovo ukoliko dolazite sopstvenim prevozom u romanticni Perast. Obavezno posetite i ostrvo u blizini!

Internet. Za poruke/drustvene mreze ce biti sasvim dovoljan. Medjutim nama je bio zaista potreban dobar internet na 2-3 sata, domacin nam je rekao da je problem do operatera i da traje neko vreme. Zaista verujem da nije mogao tu mnogo da ucini u tom trenutku. Ako postoji mogucnost, svakako im savetujem da promene operatera

The spacious terrace and view are amazing and it's a real plus to have a car parking space in Perast.

Be aware there are 188 steps down to the waterfront but this is what makes the position so amazing and did I mention those views!! So this isn't really a negative!

Stunning scenery.

Big room, comfortable bed and couch, nice kitchen with refrigerator, laundry machine, balcony, good WiFi... In short, everything is so perfect. To reach the beach, you should go up and down many stairs. But that means you'll have a really stunning scenery from the room and it's very quiet at night.

There's free parking. I was very satisfied with it. But if you drive a big one like F-segment, it would be little tiny. And it would be really great if there's a sign for the apartment. When I visited there, I just passed on the first pass.
