The apartment was spacious and located not far from the beach. We did not cook but the kitchen appeared to be fully equipped. Parking was just by the apartment (the main reason why we chose to stay here).

The apartment was very dusty as if it has not been lived in for many months. The bottom of my clean white indoor slippers were dark with dirt by the time we left. Saying that, there were glasses and a plate in the dishwasher which were still a bit warm indicating a recent wash. There were also a few crumbs inside the oven which was visible without me opening it. There’s also a weird smell around the hallway and bathroom. Very loud noise rattling from the bathroom extractor.

These apartments have become a real godsend for us in Risan! Everything is new, clean and thought out to the smallest detail. The area is huge — no one is crowded, there is a place to put things and relax after walking. One of the pleasant bonuses is a private table with chairs outside. We drank our morning coffee and had dinner outdoors, enjoying the silence - this is not a noisy resort center! The location is also excellent: the famous Roman mosaics are just a 10—minute walk away, a supermarket and the beach are all at hand. One important point for pedestrians: the apartments are located on a hill, and you will have to return to the hill. For example, it was even useful for us after dinner, but if you have a car, this is generally an ideal option. There is a car parking space next to the apartments. The owner is very friendly. I definitely recommend it!
