Very good, big apartment with a pretty sea view

The friendliest place with the view

The views from the terrace - so worth the location up the hill front, rather than down by the water. The long evenings on the terrace, watching the light in the bay change were the best part of our stay. The hosts are amazing - from all the guidance on how to reach the place prior to the trip, to tips and conversations during our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable, spacious. There's plenty of small pebbly beaches and piers by the sea in the area, there's a ferry to the other side of the bay close by, a well stocked supermarket on the way to the property as well. I would definitely recommend this place for a great stay.

There could be a little more varied cooking equipment - but we did cook a lot (fresh fish from the local market!). There's plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood though.

Best view ever and the quiet surrounding really let us rest.

The balcony is exactly as the photos and it's the best view I ever had at any accommodation.

The mattress was giving us back pain, other than that everything was on point.

Exceptional

A real home away from home on top of the hill overlooking the Bay of Kotor! Our hosts, Natalia, Aleksandr and their son Vadim lived just downstairs and were like a second family to us during our stay, meeting us in Herceg Novi, helping us out with the shopping and seeing us off to a ferry. They offered us plenty of tips on the area, more than we could handle for our short stay in scorching hot June. The apartment had everything we needed, including some surprise tasty gifts from the hosts, who have a bee farm just up the hill. The much needed air conditioning worked perfectly. The view from the huge terrace was outstanding. There were plenty of small pebble beaches to choose from on the long busy coast down below. The location is perfect for seeing the Bay even if you're travelling on foot, with buses to Kotor and Herceg Novi and ferries to Tivat (a bus stop is meters from the house). Note that there're hidden gems of old churches right in the area if you don't mind some climbing. Speaking of climbing, be ready for a seriously steep climb up the hill to reach the house! We found it to be a good morning/late night excercise, and there's also a house with goats, chicken and cats to see on the way:)

That we couldn't stay longer and had to lose one day because of flights! The Booking let us book only 6 nights minimum.

A great option for a couple!

Fresh air and stunning view from the terrace to the entire water area of the bay. Very friendly owners, always ready to help. You can ask them about car rental - their friend who live in the neighbourhood has his own rental at good price.

Excellent location, super clean and nice room, friendly host, great value for money.

The host was really friendly and nice. The facility itself is at a beautiful spot. Great location, just a few hundred metres from the beach which is great for snorkeling. Not recommended for elderly people or those having a heart defect as the house is accessible by an 8 minute uphill walk, however the view from the room is spectacular, so it is worth it.

Tetszett, hogy szép volt a kilátás . A tengerre rá lehetett látni. Látható volt a hajóforgalom az erkélyről.

Nagyon nehezen lehet feljutni a szálláshoz. Egy keskeny út vezet fel, ami nagyon meredek és veszélyes autóval. Aztán ,rengeteg lépcsőn kellett lemenni gyalog a sok cuccal, amikor odaértünk , hogy bejussunk a lakásba. Egy építkezésen keresztül lehetett csak megközelíteni az apartmant. A szállásadó is ott lakik a földszinten. Hét éjszakára mentünk és egy tekercs wc papír és egy törlőruha és egy szemeteszsák állt rendelkezésünkre . Nem mennék vissza oda többet. A tengerhez két meredek emelkedőn át lehetett eljutni . Többször meg kellett állni mert senki sem bírt felmenni és lejönni egy nekifutással. Kimerítő és fárasztó volt a gyalogos közlekedés.

Séjour très agréable

Le confort et l’espace de la chambre, la vue du balcon, le parking, la gentillesse des hôtes.

Cela ne nous a pas posé de problème mais il faut savoir que l’appartement est en hauteur et qu’il faut un bon cœur et/ou une bonne voiture pour monter la côte jusqu’à l’appartement. Des volets ne seraient pas de trop pour dormir un peu tard.
