Not really the best place to stay in Montenegro.

Expectations were higher than reality. However, the incredible landscape in front of our eyes is an invitation to come back to Montenegro.

Lack of maintenance, in general. Sewage smells showed that something was wrong. It was hard, specially because of a lack of any ventilation in the bathroom. Blankets are smaller than the mattress. The tent in the terrace is broken, and the apartment needs some investment to upgrade it

The stay was nice, but the access and sea view were not up to our expectations.

There was privacy and all basic amenities were available.

The access to the apartment was much harder than we thought. Also the pictures showed we could have a panorama sea view from the balcony, but to our surprise we could only see the sea from one small corner - all the rest was hidden by trees

Overall, I would not recommend this property as there are significantly better alternatives available nearby.

It is located in beautiful Krasici, one of the most charming towns I’ve seen in Montenegro.

While the area offers many better options at a similar or even lower price point, unfortunately, this particular accommodation did not meet expectations. I typically refrain from leaving negative reviews for budget stays, but in this case, I feel compelled to share my experience. The unit had a strong, unpleasant odor—possibly due to mold—which made the stay very uncomfortable. Access to the apartment is extremely challenging; a 4-wheel drive vehicle is practically necessary to reach it. If you choose to park on the main road, be prepared for a steep uphill walk—something especially difficult after a long day at the beach. Not even going down the hill is easy, especially during rainy days. Although the bed sheets smelled somehow fresh, they were noticeably stained with the smallest duvet, definitely not fit for 2 people. Apartment is very dated, kitchen is barely hanging on with some rusted and not clean appliances.

The washing machine is not in the apartment, although in the building and easy to access. Lighting is funky - nothing like a night light by the bed, not a secondary outlet for the cell phone on one side of the bed. Have to switch tea kettle and microwave to use the outlet... I mean, time to install a double one? No clothes pins to hang laundry. Shower water is warm, but not hot at the maximum setting. Overall a pleasant stay, except: - misinformation about the washing machine - no explanation on foreigner registration - three forks...? Everything else is fine in the dishes department - arrived at night and directions were coordinates. Super confusing. Had to search with luggage, no numbers or sreet signs All of the above is easy to fix to make for an excellent stay.

Прекрасная вилла в Крашичах

Фантастический вид с верхнего этажа. Удобный номер. Хороший интернет. Широкая удобная кровать. Хорошая стиралка и сушка. Кондиционер на обогрев. Волшебный сад, мандарины. Хозяйка Алёна рассказала и дала ссылки на места в Черногории, которые нужно посетить. Отзывчивый управляющий Вячеслав. Встретил нас лично, проводил до виллы и показал номер. Всегда на связи. Все наши запросы оперативно удовлетворялись. В целом мы (опытные туристы) получили что ожидали. Немного сложный заезд с дороги до виллы. Возможно не опытный водитель будет испытывать трудности. Мы их не испытывали. Даже интересно было получить немного экстрима. Это относится вообще к дорогам в Черногории. Все очень понравилось. Рекомендуем.

Мы были в сезон, когда пошли дожди. К сожалению, пару дней балкон использовали не на 100%. Но это, ни коим образом не умаляет впечатлений от виллы.
