Appartement très bien équipé et décoré, dans une construction récente, avec une très belle vue. La propriétaire est très attentive au confort de ses locataires, et on voit que l'appartement est aménagé avec beaucoup de soins. Des boissons sont mises à disposition gratuitement dans le frigidaire.
Le parking peut être très vite encombré par les voitures des autres résidents, donc les manœuvres ne sont pas faciles.
