some water shortages, but thanks to Suzana, Rade, Vlado and Hannah everything was fixed very fast.

Fijne huis en uitvalbasis

Mooi huis op een mooie locatie. Vlakbij een supermarkt en een mooi strand met leuke strandbar. Vanaf het balkon prachtig uitzicht over de baai. In de tuin vaak gebruik gemaakt van de bbq.

De route er naar toe is vrij krap allemaal. En je moet in Montenegro toeristenbelasting betalen binnen 24 uur. Dit kan in Risan.

Leider eine Enttäuschung

Lage etwas abseits vom Trubel, jedoch trotzdem viel Lärm von der Hauptstraße. Aussicht auf die Bucht von Kotor sehr schön

Das Haus ist alt, das Bad absolut desolat (Silikonfugen im Bad schwarz, absolut grausig), Allibert mit abgebrochenen Leisten etc. Schon der Aufgang zum Haus ist schrecklich, man muss mit Koffern über unebene Steine neben einem Wasserablauf herum balancieren, die Stiege zum ausgebauten Dachboden gleicht einer Hühnerleiter (steil, viel zu schmal). Der kleine Vorgarten mit schattenspendenden Bäumen wäre schön, wenn er zumindest etwas gepflegt wäre. Sämtliche Möbel im Aussenbereich abgefuckt und schmutzig.
