Overall a great place to stay if you want peace, comfort and great hospitality!

The hosts were absolutely amazing and very friendly. They let me check in earlier and check out whenever I wanted. I was sick for 2 days, and they gave me lots of fruits and things to recover faster. I really felt like I was at home. Also, the view from the terrace is breathtaking and the garden is like from the postcards. Very quiet and cozy place to be!

Amazing

What a fantastic place. You can walk here from the airport in about 30 minutes. Apartments are 5 minutes walk from a big supermarket and the main bus station. You can walk to the centre of town in under 30 minutes. The apartment was lovely and traditional. It was very clean, with fast WiFi and great air-conditioning. We had full cooking facilities and our patio was huge, with a fantastic view over the bay. There was a washing machine in the apartment. The owners were very nice people. There was a bottle of homemade wine and a bottle of spirits in the room to welcome us. Also some chocolates. Every morning we had breakfast on the patio and the owner brought us a different pair of homemade spirit shots. There was ample parking for our hire car and it was very safe. The property is right at the end of a cul de sac so it was very peaceful with no traffic. The gardens were full of different fruit trees and there was a gorgeous vegetable garden. There is a very nice cat there called Martin. We completely loved our stay and hopefully one day we will get to go back.

Very pleasant and warm stay.

The view is amazing and worth it all. All kinds of fruits growing around and nice to see. Hosts are so kind and warm people. Plenty of room on the terrace to walk your kid in a stroller to sleep.

A WELCOMING HOME WITH A BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE BAY

The hosts were amazingly welcoming and made our stay enjoyable. The view of the bay from the terrace is amazing. The surroundings are very quiet and peaceful. Supermarket and bus station within walking distance.

Everything was fine, maybe only the bed and pillows would not be suitable for those with back problems. Also keep in mind that the house is on a hill.

In short the place felt very homely, was really nicely located just 5 mins from big bus stop and 20 mins from town.

The property was lovely :) It was super clean and beautifully located with a really sweet family hosting us.

Tivat house with an amazing view and lovely hosts

I am trying to find a word for our stay at this house, but I don't think there is not a word that would be an enough compliment. Everything during our stay was superb. Firstly, I want to mention the hosts. It is run by a very sweet and small family. I never quite experienced hospitality in my touristic travels before. However, during this stay, the hosts made me feel like I am at my grandmother's house. They were so welcoming, and smiley. We couldn't communicate in same language but that didn't stop their friendly attitude. They brought us tangerines from their own garden (which were delicious by the way), they gave us wine that they make themselves, and they even gave us a bottle of Rakija for our return. They took us from the airport and then drop us again when it was time for our return. I never felt more comfortable on a touristic travel. So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you! Secondly, I want to mention how beautiful was the house. The view was amazing, we always made time to sit at the balcony and watch the sea, and take up the clean air. The house was also very clean, the hot water was available, and the air-conditioning was enough to warm the apartment during our stay. The location was great as well. It is so close to the bus stop, it took us 10 minute walk to go. If you are not travelling with a car, then this must be very important for you because we used buses to travel everywhere. The walk to the Porto Montenegro was around 15 minutes but again I didn't even notice the time while walking, because the surrounding area is very beautiful and close to the sea. So in a nutshell, if I ever come back again to Tivat, I would stay here again and again. Thank you for your beautiful house and hospitality.

Very pleasant

Really since long time I haven't met people with such a big heart as the owners of this acommodation are. They were so kind, gave me their home made wine, figs and grapes from the garden and even picked me up in the airport. Also the view over the sea under the grapes in the garden was beautiful and relaxing.

The bed in the room could be a bit more comfortable but other than that everything was amazing.

I would say it was one of my best holliday. I liked appartment, country and hospitality

The location was great. Away from the noisy city center and tourist zone. Very peaceful with a wonderful view from the balcony. We enjoyed our morning figs for breakfast and home wine and liquor which were made by the host. It was a big parking space and everything was neat and tidy

We enjoyed staying there. We felt welcomed and everything was perfect.

The accommodation is located on a hill, so there is a beautiful view of the sea. There is no noise and the temperature drops significantly in the evening, which is very pleasant. All the necessary things are nearby, such as a supermarket, bus station and the beach. The owners are Montenegrins, so if you want to experience a piece of Balkan culture, I recommend this accommodation. They are very hospitable and generous. They gave us home made wine, tomatoes and other types of alcohol. They even offer airport transport, which is a great advantage and you can agree on everything with them.

The bed was a bit small as it was a sofa bed. It's a small detail. Besides that, we were very satisfied.

Fantastic view with peace and quiet.

The host is really nice but doesn't speak English (Montenegrin and Russian only) but her son and daughter spoke some English. The host is really nice and friendly and helped me booking a bustrip and ordering a taxi. I also got fresh fruit from the garden which were really delicious. The house is up a steep hill (it's good exercise) and the apartment 20 steps up on the 1st floor had a private balcony with a fantastic view (this is 'Apartment with balcony 48 m2'). Outside the entrance to the apartment there's also a big shared terrace. This place is quiet and you can't hear any noise from cars driving or the liking. Depending on your walking pace a supermarket and the bus station is 5-10 minutes away. I would gladly return to the apartment again. In general in Montenegro expect to pay everything in cash, maybe except restaurants, and expect waiting time for local busses and on the road due to in most places there's only 1 lane in each direction. For arranged bustrips I highly recommend 360 Monte in Kotor (they pick up in Tivat) with fantastic guides and I don't recommend local agency SIP Travel due to very bad experience.

For my taste the bed was too hard but you can't please all.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Such an amazing view, the kindest and most generous hosts. You essentially live at an organic farm/orchard with fresh produce that we got plenty of as presents (tomatoes, figs etc). the view is amazing and the presence of so many trees actually makes for a pleasant, relatively cool microclimate. It felt like a true luxury urban farm living, will definitely come back. highly recommended,as the airport shuttle is free of charge as well

Nice staying in Tivat with the best owners

The Best owners I’ve ever seen, so friendly and helpful. They’ve met us at the airport, helped with luggage, presented the house wine (very delicious), rakia, coffees, vegetables, fruits, eggs. Bosa & Tom supported with all required touristic documents and taxes. Thanks to Bozhenka for translation and support. Room is very clean, bright, fully equipped and renovated. Great terrace with a sea view. Very comfortable staying. Good (for us) location, closely to the bus station & supermarket (3-5 min by walk), beach (5-10 mins), city centre (15 mins by walk). Free parking. Pet friendly, beautiful garden.

Excellent stay - highly recommend

Apartmani Bosco is a great place to stay and I highly recommend it! I came as a solo traveller and rented a sea view studio, but there was ample space for a couple. The studio was immaculately clean, came with a TV and en-suite bathroom as well as cooking facilities. Furthermore, it's nicely secluded with amazing views, set a little back from the main tourist part of Tivat, though easily walkable in 15/20 minutes. The family who own the complex are lovely, welcoming people and I felt completely at home - I got slightly lost en route due to having no GPS and after a quick phone call the son (who speaks English) came to meet me on the street. The husband and wife showed me around their fruit and vegetable patch, offered me homemade rakija and coffee, provided me with a map and put me completely at ease - if I return to the beautiful town of Tivat, I will definitely stay here!

The hosts were really friendly and nice. We couldn't communicate with them but they made sure to get their son to check everything was fine and ask if we had any problems (as he spoke some English). They picked us up from the airport and it was a short walk down the hill to the bus station and a big supermarket. It's a small apartment with the basic necessities and a sofa bed, good shower. The view is beautiful and you can sit in a kind of private table out front.

Odlično!

Gazdarica je veoma ljubazna i fina. Prelepo nas je dočekala i isto tako ispratila. Za sve sto nam je bilo potrebno bila je na raspolaganju. Smeštaj odgovara opisu i slikama u potpunosti, sve je bilo čisto i na mestu. Jako smo zadovoljni i sigurno ćemo se vratiti opet! Sve preporuke za smeštaj! :)
