Great disappointment

Clean, friendly, nice view.

We were really excited about this stay because of all the good reviews. The room was nice and clean but so small that you have to do parcour to get from the door to the bathroom and there are no real curtains so you wake up at sunrise. The room was far from the center and the airport taxis were at least 20€ to get here (as opposed to 10€ to the city center). Location and room wise the review score should be at most 7. I don't know why the rating is 9.3 The reason for my low score is that we had to pay 10€ (20% of the stay!) extra due to bank charges. I find this ridiculous and gave them the option to split the costs but they insisted I needed to leave cash on property. You can see in the picture how the bank took 10€ but honestly that shouldn't be my problem. The property demanded for half the charge to be paid beforehand and the rest at the property. I asked to pay in full before arrival for convenience but unfortunately had to pay extra. Furthermore, the property asks 1€ per person per night for city tax but does not ask for the names or documents of the people staying, meaning they don't actually register you and basically run a scam, pocketing the city tax instead of paying it to the city. Also, we had no water at all in the evening. We were told after asking that the water was cut in all of tivat but I don't know if I can trust that. All in all I recommend you to find something closer to the city center if not skipping tivat all together.

Close to the beach

The location is good. The cleaning staff does its best to clean the rooms and to assist with any questions. Nice garden. They provide beach towels. The taxi the host called was very kind and fair.

My room was quite small—more like a box. Occasionally there was some sound like someone was vacuuming, it annoyed when happened in the middle of the night. When I asked to be moved to a larger room (if available), they charged me an extra €20, even though I moved in the late afternoon. I had just come from another Airbnb, a spacious and modern two-room apartment in the same area, which cost the same as this tiny room. Unfortunately, that apartment was already booked, so I couldn’t extend my stay there and had to move to this property. The location was great—very close to the beach—but everything else was rather inconvenient for me. There are family rooms available, so perhaps the experience is different in those. I did pay the €20 and moved to a bigger room, but then the kitchen stove suddenly stopped working. Overall, the property didn’t quite meet my expectations, but thankfully it was only a short stay.

The bed was fairly small, as pushed into an alcove, couldn’t even hang legs off it. Is fine if you are short like myself, however my 188cm boyfriend did struggle a bit.

Perfect.

Easy to find and very reasonably priced which was perfect for one night’s visit to the area. You just walk up the road and there are plenty of restaurants if you want to eat out, but also facilities and space to cook and eat if you wanted to do that. Exceptionally clean and Mrs Momirka was there to welcome us - a warm and friendly lady.

Pretty villa with a cute garden in a great location

The garden outside the villa was great. I would love to spend more days here to enjoy it. We stayed just for one night and we were out most of the time. We booked one room with a separate bedroom for 4 guests and upon arrival, the hostess told us that this room was taken by another visitor. However, she agreed to give us 2 smaller rooms for the same price instead of this big one. So all was good.

Poor sound proofing. If somebody was walking in the corridore of that villa, we heard everything. It was good that there weren't many people when we were there. There's a high window in the bathroom in one of our rooms that opens to the corridore and is always open for air conditioning I think, so that was the part from where the sound came in.

Excellent Stay

The apartment is in an excellent exclusive area. The gardens are beautiful and welcoming with lovely seating areas for relaxation. Momirka is such a lovely kind host who welcomed us and is extremely helpful. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and well equipped. Will definitely recommend and stay there again. Excellent value

Exceptional

In the first place, we loved our host! Momirka is an exceptional woman who made us feel like we were at home :) Our room was very clean and comfortable, shared kitchen had all the amenities that one could need. The location was great, quiet and peaceful, but in the same time close to everything you need. There are nice restaurants nearby and also a supermarket. Beaches are a short walk away. Garden is as beautiful as shown in the photos, perfect for peaceful evening hangout. We would definitely come back here next time :)

I loved my stay here and I felt very welcomed. The host was wonderful: she offered us free upgrades to other rooms, gave full bowl of fruits and veggies from her garden, showed everything around. Property has big and cozy garden with fountain. my room (#4) had nice balcony and very well equipped shared kitchen. Loved smith-work all around property (especially metal grapes). there is huge plot of unused land in front of property which can be used for parking (part of it is in shade from trees). Fast and reliable internet.

Nice and comunicable lady owner. Good location very close to the beaches and amenities. And also garden that we liked much. Spacious apartments like one bedroom flat with all you need even more.

As the hotel administrator I can surely say it was bad not becouse for all the period of our stay 14 days we had to ask to change the towels and bedsets or give us just toilet paper , becouse on our arriving day we get the Apartments not good cleaned. The shower was disquisting. Dusty bathroom and room.No preasure and rub in corners and places, were it is needed.... On ,under ,above....Ones we asked to hoover the room but the cleaner behaved like she did not understand us and only sad me Chao. But anyway she was smiling.

Местоположение великолепное, 3 минуты и ты уже на приятном, неперенаселенном пляжу. В доме очень уютно, повсюду цветы и приятных запах. В номере есть все необходимое, но даже если нет, то можно спросить у хозяйки/хозяина - найдут:)

Было бы прекрасно добавить перегородку на балконе, чтобы не пересекаться с соседями:)
