Good apartment with nice balcony and sea view

The owner was really helpful and nice. The apartment was big, clean and spacious. We enjoyed the beach and sunloungers during the day and walked into Tivat centre each night, which is beautifully lit up with lots of cafes and restaurants.

Spacious apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Good view from balcony. Used sunbeds and umbrellas in beach across the road as was very hot. Nice stroll into port. Bus station nearby.

Quiet location with fantastic views. Walking distance to lovely restaurants and bakery, would book if we visit again!

Spacious apartment with its own private beach

Everything was absolutely amazing! The apartment was spacious and perfectly clean, overlooking the sea and the mountains. Perfect for your morning coffee! The private beach had everything you need, it was quiet and relaxing. There’s lots of bakeries, shops and restaurants around the apartment, and the city center is 7 min away. We would definitely come back again!

The host, Marinko, was very kind and always available. The apartment was very clean and all the furniture was new and comfortable. We also got free parking, free wifi when in the apartment, outside the property or on the beach and all the facilities(beach chairs, umbrellas, shower, wifi) on the private beach were free. The private beach is located right next to the property. I simply enjoyed every moment of my stay with my family :)

We loved it!

Absolutely everything was amazing! Appartment was big, new and very clean. Comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and the most amazing sea view from the terrace. Villa also has parking space and the best quiet beach area just in the front of villa. Villa also provides free sunbeds and sun umbrellas so no need to worry about those. Sea water is very calm and clean. The host was also very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this quite and hidden gem in busy Tivat.

Nice and comfortable

Very good location: airport is near (it’s easy to get from airport to apartment by foot), Tivat centre is in 10 min of not quick walking, beach is very close to the building. Also room is nice and clean. The host is very helpful and friendly. All was perfect. Thank you.

We had a car trip around Montenegro. Stayed in 4 cities: Budva, Bar, Kotor, Tivat. This guest house is located near the airport but this did not affect the comfort since the airport in Tivat is not very busy and the planes fly only during the day. The guest house had everything you need our room was without a balcony but in this building has rooms with balcony on the sunny side. The private lodge was well-groomed the atmosphere was calm, the owner was friendly. This is what a vacation by the sea should look like. To pick up the keys you need to call the owner

Exceptional

The location of Olea is one of the best in Tivat. Host is polite and ready to assist you with anything you need. Rooms are clean, just like in photos. Furniture is new. Private beach is wonderful, sea is crystal clear. On-site parking is great and easily accessible. Apartment is not far from Porto Montenegro. Highly recommended, everything was on the highest level.

I would recommend this appartment.

Nice and polite hosts. Spacious apartments with all amenities. Everything is new, there is a washing machine, stove, refrigerator and dishes. Wonderful view to the Kotor bay. Quiet place. Apartments within walking distance to the city embankment and the city center.

Olea ftw :)

Literally everything! The room was exceptional and super clean with a direct view of the sea. The wifi is fiber so we were able to get some work done easily. Also the hosts took care of us - they left us some coffee and candies as a welcome gift :) Definitely getting back here asap. Oh and theres a private parking space right in front of the apartment so super convenient.

Fantastic seaside apartment

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Beautiful views from the terrace from which to watch the sunset across the bay. 10 minutes walk along the seafront to all the bars and restaurants near Porto Montenegro Marina. I fully recommend it.

Отличное расположение, до пляжа 1 минута, в номере чисто, предоставляется парковочное место.

Номер очень маленький, троим взрослым было тесно т.к. мест для хранения вещей очень мало (только половинка шкафа). В номере не было одеял и приходилось греться кондиционером. Кровать подозрительно щелкала и хрустела, когда на нее садишься (кажется ей осталось недолго) Вид из номера не на море, а садовый стол и стулья стоят на входе в апартаменты на общем балконе.
