It was a great experience with a welcoming host Ivan. Location wise it was perfect. You wake up with a fantastic view of Boka bay with calm weather, you drink your coffee and stroll to the beach take a swim and afterwards go to the pool to relax some more. A very nice place with all the amenities that you need. Supermarket across the street. We will be back.
It is quite normal for not having a sandy beach in Boka bay, but for me it is OK.

Great apartment, good size bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, fold out bed in the living room is very practical. Clean and cool pool. Ivan is a great host, always available to help and when the airco had problems he went out of his way to get this fixed quickly. Private parking space is a big bonus. Risan is a lovely little place, with a few small supermarkets and a great bakery. Visits to nearby Perast, Kotor, Herceg Novi area all easy and quick.
Nothing. Although the mattress in the fold out bed is on the firm side for my personal taste.
