The location of the property is by far the best thing

It’s a little dark.

It was well situated , close to the water and the restaurants on the front. It was spotlessly clean, a good size for 2 adults and 2 teens and lovely to have a terrace at the back with a sunshade. The air conditioning was effective and Ana was a great host.

The terrace wasn’t as private as we had hoped as the neighbours overlooked it (although they were very pleasant )

Staying here was definitely our favourite part of the trip! We absolutely loved staying in Veneto Apartment. The apartment itself was so lovely - clean, fully stocked with everything you could need. The bathroom was great, and it was so handy to have a washing machine as well as a dishwasher in the kitchen. It had air conditioning and good airflow. The view of the water from the room was absolutely breathtaking and a pleasure to wake up to. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating and we really saw the love and care they put into making our stay comfortable. We were in the perfect spot in Perast and couldn’t have loved this place more. We were also right next to our favourite coffee shop, ‘Carletta’, who do the best croissants, coffee, focaccia and sunset cocktails. Thank you for having us and we can’t wait to come back.

Lokalizacja i kontakt z właścicielami oraz wyposażona kuchnia to jedyne plusy tego obiektu.

Nie rozumiem skąd tyle pozytywnych opinii o tym obiekcie. Zdecydowaliśmy się na to mieszkanie ze względu na dostęp i możliwość spędzania czasu w ogrodzie, stan ogródka niestety tragiczny, miejsce ze stołem zewnętrznym i tarasem zaniedbane, nienadające się do spędzania czasu. Schody wejściowe do mieszkania brudne, pełne liści, można było się łatwo poślizgnąć. Łazienka w stronie tragicznym, pleśń pod prysznicem, pleśń na płytkach, cieknący bojler. Pościel dziurawa, poplamiona, ręczniki również niedoprane. Czujemy że wydaliśmy pieniądze w błoto, można było zarezerwować tańsze mieszkanie bez tych dogodności, które były i tak niedostępne.
