Access to apartment is horrible- through someone’s garden, barked at by the dogs and surrounded by rubbish. Seen a host only to handle a key and take the cash. Parking is not guaranteed and did not feel safe at all.

It’s fairly quiet, you can hear the birds, cicadas and the balcony is above the tree tops with a view of the bay in flat 2. It’s a nice space. The aircon works fine, it has a washing machine the flat is a reasonable size, comfortable and there’s plenty of light. Good location for town, beach access etc.

The cleanliness needs a bit of work and I would be wary of bringing your dog. Upon arrival I was advised to carry my (medium sized) dog up and down the stairs and pathway. After a couple of days I admit I slacked off and we were then confronted by the two big dogs living somewhere below, although they are not aggressive, they were loud, territorial and very insistent. My dog and young daughter were both a bit taken aback and we hurried inside, having to gently push one dog away. I would therefore probably advise not to bring your dog to this one, it was a bit intimidating.

Nous avons apprécié la localisation du logement, à proximité de l’aéroport, de Porto Montenegro et de plusieurs supermarchés, ainsi que la très belle vue depuis le balcon.

La propreté à notre arrivée était malheureusement insuffisante, avec un ménage qui semblait n’avoir été que partiellement effectué. Le logement manque également d’entretien général et certains équipements mériteraient d’être mieux entretenus ou rafraîchis. C’est dommage, car l’appartement a un vrai potentiel. Nous avons également regretté l’absence de ventilation dans les chambres, ce qui peut rapidement devenir inconfortable. Enfin, l’évacuation de la salle de bain était bouchée, avec de l’eau qui stagnait après utilisation. Avec un ménage plus soigné et quelques améliorations en matière d’entretien et d’équipement, le logement pourrait être nettement plus agréable.
