Wonderful apartments in a romantic location

Wonderful apartments in a romantic location. A beautiful building with a charming courtyard and sea views. Located next to the Armonia restaurant. The service is top-notch. The hosts are very friendly. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Air conditioning, kitchen, dishes, linens, toiletries—everything is perfect. I recommend it to everyone!

Perfect Gem in Perast

I cannot say enough good things about my stay! David, his father, the views, location, comfort. So many great assets to this accommodation. To stay at a place like this for such a reasonable price. I travel all summer for work and this stay was definitely a highlight!

Wonderful place to stay

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and in a perfect location. It has a large terrace to enjoy with great views. Perast has a lot a steps but here was not so many. The best part is the host. David has terrific communication skills and he is so kind. He’ll offer to help whenever he can. The day I left David was gone and in stepped his dad to make sure I had my future arrangements all mapped out and offered to help me with my luggage. You cannot go wrong booking here.

David was very friendly. This was a last minute booking on our road trip in a beautiful town. We met David, he was very friendly and booking and paying for the room at the location was easy. It was a great location. Some places have many stairs but that was not the case here, so that was very convenient. No driving/parking in the middle of town, and this was close to the designated parking. Good restaurants and beautiful water near by.

Great location is the best part.

Previous guests toiletries wrappers were still in the shower and a not quite flushed poop. No coffee or tea or anything. Strict on checkout time/10am even when the rooms are not booked the next day. Loud music from the bar next door until 1.

Lovely accommodation ina beautiful setting

The location was brilliant. A short walk from the parking area to the accommodation and right in the heart of the lovely town of Perast.

Just something to be aware of for some guests, there is no vehicle access and it requires you to carry/drag your luggage to the apartment and up some steps. Most places in Perast are the same and keeping cars to a minimum helps the town feel so lovely so not a criticism but worth being aware of if mobility or hot temperatures are an issue for you.

The house is in a very good location, in the city centre. Fantastic view from the windows, cozy terrace for all guest of the house. Very welcoming host.

The car parking is tricky. You have to leave your car at the gates, in a crowded parking lot, which is about 300 metres away from the apartaments. Furthermore, you have to pay 15 euros for the parking. The washing machine requires cleanliness, it had a bad smell which later on we could feel in the whole apartaments.

A beautiful house in a great location.

A beautifully restored stone house near the waterfront. The owners are lovely and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking simple meals. The apartment was clean, quiet, and location is great. It was cold when we were there and David kindly brought us a portable heater.

We unfortunately chose the attic room which doesn’t have windows except skylights so it was very dark. The other rooms are no doubt lovely! Beds have very soft foam toppers.

Incredibly beautiful location and exceptional hosts. I wish I would have been able to stay longer!

Hosts were exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Flexible on check in time and assistance getting to bus station in nearby town. Also ensured return of left item. Home was in a beautiful location.

As a tall person, it was a bit difficult with the slanted ceilings in the attic. Stairs were also a bit of a challenge as an older person, but hosts were very helpful with the luggage.

Spectacular sea views, comfort and hospitality in the heart of Perast

The location is amazing, a few steps and you are at the promenade, amazing sea views. Host was wonderful, advised us a parking lot that is free of charge and picked us up and from there it was just a 2-3 minute walk to the property. The apartment was very clean and confortable with spectacular views and all what you need, full kitchen, washing machine, lots of different toiletries. Absolutely recommended - we'll come again.

Apartment in small seaside village

The property is located in beautiful location. The view from the window is wonderful. Host very friendly and helpful. They washed our dirty clothing which was helpful. Unfortunately there is no parking but the town is very old and small and it's difficult with parking overall. The small streets are not made for cars. Similar to Venice. Kitchen was well equipped in the apartment.

Just needs some updating on furniture and decor. As well as needs new shower. But overall I am very happy with property and especially host.

Could not fault this place, welcoming and helpful host. Attention to detail, with well equipped kitchen, nice rooms and location. October is a nice time to visit as it is quiet and the Autumn colours in full show.

Nothing really. Only surprise was the 8E/day parking for the village, but if it goes to keeping the heritage that’s a good cause.
