Great view and nice located, but not very clean and SO hot. Feels like guest is a money mashine.

Great located, parking space is included. Nice view.

Host were not very friendly, the owner himself was not able to say “hi” when you walk by. Not very customer oriented due to the fact, that the AC was turned off when we arrived. So it was SO hot and the AC was not really able to cool down the apartment especially the sleeping area which was located upstairs. The fan was an older version and made loud noises. The night was really horrible. On top it was not very clean so we didn’t feel comfortable.

Actual apartment was lovely, clean and well presented. The host seemed lovely

Right next to a road (main road through the area) which we had to get 3 kids along to the car that was parked on same road but no pavement. Needed x 2 adults so not suitable for single parent. From advert I presumed we had outdoor space/ balcony etc but in fact it was a tiny area right next to road (separated by railings). Was v disappointed.

I like this place very much, and I strongly recommend it to everyone.

The host treated us very warmly. He even gave us dessert on the day of check-in. He warmly introduced us to the surrounding environment. The room is very large and clean. The location may seem a bit remote on the map, but it is actually very convenient. Walking A few minutes to the lake, supermarket, and bus station. The house is located on high ground, and you can directly see the lake view from the window. The homestay here is really worth it.

Excellent Excellent - One of the more unique apartments throughout our journey in Montenegro. Its size, facilities, location and above all - Extremely accommodating & friendly hosts !! Sitting out on the balcony with Radan the host - a glass of wine and an unforgettable water view - You don't need anything more than this. Wonderful - Don't miss out !!!!

Disappointing

My stay was "okay", but I couldn't get really enthusiastic about anything. The price was okay, quite cheap, as it was off-season.

Quite a few things: 1) I booked a large apartment, but ended up getting a very small one, probably because the host found it easier to have to clean a smaller apartment. 2) The place was quite hard to find, difficult to access with a very steep and narrow downhill road; on arrival there seemed to be no one around: the place was dark, with just a dog barking ferociously; when I saw a man walking on the premises that I thought might be part of the apartment, and I asked him if this was the apartment, he just shouted something in a grumpy manner, and further ignored me. It later turned out this actually was the "right" apartment, but he probably didn't know I had just booked it; 3) the host was not unfriendly, but I didn't feel really welcome. I had to make my own bed, the TV didn't work, and overall te facilities were uncomfortable: just a sofa, no proper table; kitchen cabinets were blocked by a stove etc. When I checked the Booking.com website again to check what apartment I had actually booked, I found that all of a sudden ALL the apartments were "no longer available": supposedly they decided it would be easier not to have any guests in the off-season, after I had just booked.... doesn't exactly make you feel welcome.

Bella la posizione ma appartamento di scarsa qualità

La posizione è eccezionale, vicinissimo alla spiaggia e al centro del paese ma è anche molto silenzioso. Nella struttura è previsto un cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani dopo 3 giorni, cosa che col caldo che faceva, abbiamo molto apprezzato.

L'appartamento era per 4 e non per 5. Non è stata aggiunta alcuna culla, come descritto nei servizi. L'armadio è a un' anta quindi impossibile mettere i vestiti di 5 persone. Non c'è il phon, anche questo messo nei servizi. La cucina è piccola e gli utensili, oltre a essere non proprio puliti, sono molto scarsi. Eccetto il detersivo per i piatti non c'era altro per rassettare la stanza (né pattumiera e scopa, né detersivo per pulire il tavolo, né spugne). Per cucinare non c'è nulla (no sale, zucchero, olio...). L'africa condizionata è molto vecchia perciò nel soppalco, dove si trovano i letti, senza i vecchi ventilatori a disposizione non sarebbe stato possibile dormire. Quindi ci vuole grande spirito di adattamento.

Das ganze ist etwas lieblos und schmuddelig. Von Aussen ansprechender als innen. Die Treppe, die auf die Galerie führt, ist für Kinder sehr ungeeignet. Im Bad starke Geruchsemissionen vom Abfluss. Der Kühlschrank hat nicht wirklich gekühlt.

Un accueil sympatique avec un verre de grenade maison. On a particulièrement apprécié la literie. La chambre ce trouve a 100m de la plage.
