Lokacija je savrsena! Pogled na more i plazu, prostran balkon, stan ima sve sto je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Irena nam je uvijek bila dostupna, dala preporuke za bolje snalazenje u Tivtu… plaza je doslovno 50 koraka odatle. Tivat je tu, na 5 min voznje. Mali market za prvu ruku odmah iza krivine u Lepetanima. Sve sto je potrebno tu je.
Potrebno je par puta se spustiti i popeti autom uz strminu pred samim apartmanom da se covjek navikne. Ovo nije negativno, samo komentar da buduci gosti budu oprezniji pri prvom dolasku.

Нам все понравилось,очень приятная девушка хозяйка нас поселила и была очень вежливая,Возле апартаментов есть парковка и море очень близко-через дорогу.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Nikic Apartments! The location is perfect, just a two-minute walk from the beach, making it an ideal place for a relaxing vacation. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The sea view is breathtaking and made every morning special. Right in front of the house there are two lovely beach bars where you can enjoy delicious meals, refreshing drinks, and a great atmosphere throughout the day. The host was extremely kind, welcoming, and always available to help. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I truly felt at home. An unforgettable holiday in a beautiful location close to the beach. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montenegro!
