The place was nice, the location is excellent!
You can reach Tivat Riva within 3 mins by car.
We were there in early March, and it was a bit cold (which makes sense, we came not on season). However the air conditioning in the living room and electrical heater in the sleeping room made our stay comfortable :)
All was good and the host is the loveliest person! Helped us a lot and guided us with how to self check-in in advance.
The location is the best for summer season! If you come in winter can be cold a bit, but there is electric heating at the property, it just takes a bit of time to warm the space

The apartment is clean and tidy. The host is very kind and helpful.
Right next to the waterfront.
The boiler was very difficult to heat the water.
We had to wait 2-3 hours before the two of us could take a bath one after the other. However, we don't bathe for long or long minutes. Other than that, there was no problem.
