Clean apartment with a beautiful bay view, convenient location and good value for money.

The apartment was clean and offered a beautiful view of the bay, even from the bedroom balcony. The location is not central, but convenient for visiting nearby towns if you have a car. Parking was available close to the property. The host was kind and helpful. Good value for money overall. The bathroom was nice and of a reasonable size.

The apartment is more suitable for two people rather than four. The living area with the sofa bed is small, and since the air conditioning is only in the bedroom, it does not cool the living area effectively, which also has just a small window. The kitchen is a bit dated. However, considering the price, it is perfectly acceptable for a short stay of one or two nights.

Due to the basic needs and the orientation of the apartment we would not recommend it.

The balcony offered a lovely view, which was the highlight of the stay.

Unfortunately, the sheets and dishes were not clean, which was disappointing. The layout and orientation of the apartment were poorly planned, leaving very little usable space and making it feel cramped.

Very comfortable stay

Our stay was amazing. We regret that we couldn't stay longer. View from balcony is breathtaking. Owner is very helpful and friendly. Apartment was Big and well equipped. You can enjoy beautiful views and relax in your room, surroundings is really calm and quiet. Location is also good - 5 min by car from Perast.

The staff was kind, gave us any information we requested. The view is amazing to Kottor bay The apartment was clean and well maintained, although during the 10 days we stayed, no cleaning was done at all, they only changed the bed linen and towels once. They provided us a parking space,

The living room has a very small window and cannot be ventilated, we had to stay with the entrance door open at night, the air conditioning in the bedroom did not reach the living room. We depended on the car, the apartment is located on a hill (very difficult to climb with children) and the road to the shops/restaurants is quite difficult to walk, because they are far and there is no sidewalk. The strangest thing seemed to me was that we had to take our own garbage to the garbage collection point in the city

Very clean apartment with a beautiful view of the Kotor Bay. It is small but well equipped.

A living room with one very tiny window overlooking the corridor made it wholly dark and impossible to ventilate. Air conditioning was located in the bedroom and was also impossible to use to cool the living room. Spending free time in such a lounge is unlikely to be pleasant. Some of us slept in this room and it was our worst night in Montenegro. The temperature and stuffiness completely exhausted us. People sleeping in the living room only got one sheet and they had nothing to cover. There was no ceiling light in the bedroom. The host was supposed to come and replace the bulb, but he didn't show up. The light in the bedroom was flickering all the time. The entrance to the building is not easy to find. No markings whatsoever. The neighbors tried to help us, but the language barrier made it a little impossible. Locating the proper parking was not very easy either. Key collection was not easy either. We didn't get any tips. After reaching the destination, the host could not be contacted either by a message on the booking or by phone. Only other guests informed us that the keys should be picked up in the building next door. When checking out, we also couldn't find a host. In addition, while looking for the host before check-in, we were accompanied by a puppy who bit our ankles. Walking up the stairs with suitcases with such company, additionally with children who are afraid of dogs, was very uncomfortable.

For 2 nights it was all we needed but probably a bit pricey for what it was.

We loved the balcony view over the bay! It was very pretty sitting there admiring the landscape. The host was also very accommodating.

It wasn’t as clean as expected. There were shoes from a previous guest and the cupboards had items from previous guests in them indicating that the flat may not have been cleaned properly.

Boro was very nice and accommodating. View was absolutely stunning. Apartment was very clean and well furnished. Location perfect for a chilled few days. Saw reviews about the hill up to the apartments but it was fine. We walked up and down at least twice a day with no issues.

It's best place to stay around Risan as I experienced

Very cozy same time with amazing view from terrace. Host made all go easy and with pleasure - from arrival moment to farewell. Just let them know when you arrival is planned and make sure you updated if smth was changed in plans

Literally nothing. Just be aware that it's Montenegro and Mont=mount in the name of country, so yes - it's quite ascending path to parking :)

Driving up the hill and parking quite a challenge. We were with two persons but the apartment is for seven. Space and amenities (especially kitchen equipment and tabel/chairs) insufficient for more than two people. Terraces in the morning hours full in the sun, too hot to stay, suggestion to install sun screen as in apartment next door. The advertisement on Booking says “at the beach”. That is misleading. You have to walk down the steep alley, cross the dangerous road, walk for a kilometer and end up at the shore where a bit of concrete and stones try to resemble a beach. Please consider to change mattress in master bedroom. Please consider changing the cushions on the terrace chairs, they are really dirty.

Nice and modern apartman

The apartman was modern and it had a beautiful view to the Kotor bay. It’s not so far from the city centre but it’s on the mountain so you’ve to take the car to go out but it’s definietly worth it because of the view and the quite enviroment. The centre can be noisy due to the music. The owner is nice and he speaks also english.
