It's a very cosy and homely B&B on the 1st line, excellent for quality-to-price, with a very hearty and caretaking owner, also owning an Italian style pizzeria downstairs with an exceptionally good food working longer than all the neighboring restaurants! Thie house itself is adjacent to an old church and is styled or is old like the Roman Empire's. .

Car parking is very tricky, but we were happy, and the host helped us a lot! The locals ride bikes even at night, that makes sleeping at the singing of the sea and cicadas with an open window hardly possible...

The apartment is spacious, bright and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of Perast. We particularly loved the original features. The stone walls in the living room and wooden beams on the ceiling gave it a very authentic feel. Andrija was a wonderful host, with excellent communication both before and during our stay. He provided helpful recommendations for things to do in Montenegro, as well as practical advice on parking, since Perast is not accessible by car. Overall, a very pleasant stay at Apartments Gudco!

The only downside was an occasional sewage smell in the bathroom, likely due to the building’s old pipes rather than any issue with cleanliness, which was fine throughout.

Our host extremely nice. It was easy to communicate with him because he spoke good English and always answered all our questions quickly. He picked us from the airport and took us back when we left. I strongly recommend to order airport transport from him if you don’t have your own car. The location of the apartment is very good if you don’t want to climb many stairs. It’s right at the seaside street and the bay is under the bedroom window. Short distance to the nice small beach and to the bus stop to Kotor. The bed was large and very good. WiFi and AC worked ok. In the kitchen are all things you need for cooking. But if you plan to cook you have to note that there are only two mini markets in Perast with very limited selection and quite expensive. So you have to go shopping to Risan or Kotor. There is a nice garden terrace where you can enjoy your meals and drinks.

The shower head was clogged and only a little water came out. They changed it when we asked but to the very old one which was better but not modern. They should put completely new shower. There were plenty of towels but small and quite worn out. Maybe they should put some new ones. There wasn’t any coffee maker to make filter coffee nor an expresso pot but only a kettle to make instant coffee and small pots to make Turkish coffee. There was no television although it was mentioned in descriptions. They offered to bring us one. We didn’t need it but if you want to have it you should ask the host.
