Perfect place for a calm relaxing stay away

The best part of this is a private beach, we did not find the apartments comfortable.

It was very close to the private beach and sun-beds were provided, which was very convenient. There were multiple parking slots, near the beach and also near the apartments.

If you want peace and quiet, this place is not for you. We’ve been placed in the apartment, which was on the first floor ant to be honest it did not feel private. There was a table right in front of our door, which as assured us the host is not used. In fact, it was frequently used by the children in the evenings till late night and it was very noisy. Also there was a lot of hair on the floor when we checked in. There was no ventilation in the bathroom.

Misleading photos

My room was large, clean and comfortable

I chose this property due to a photo showing a balcony with a beautiful view of the bay of Kotor. My room was behind another building and so my balcony view was of a big beige building, a huge tree and a small slice of the bay. I was so disappointed. This was my birthday trip and I planned to spend the day gazing over the bay. I paid above my normal budget and the disappointment was crushing. The location was a 6 minute drive from Risan and the nearest restaurant. The roads are narrow and with few places to stop and just look at the view. The sign for the entrance to the hotel was hidden by vegetation. I pulled off by their “beach” and had to walk back and forth until I found their driveway. There was no toiletries in the bathroom and no cover on the bed. They did have some linens folding in a closet so I got to make the bed myself and wound up with a twin size flat sheet to use as a cover. It was very hot when I stayed and the AC unit barely made a dent in the comfort level. I was misled and deeply disappointed. I wish I had chosen a place more central to Kotor and will the next time I visit Montenegro

Ok for a stop on the road

Wi-Fi works fine overall building + beach. Owner prepared a paid nice home made meal for us what was nice. On other hand fair enough given that there’s nothing around to reach by walking. No walking paths on the main road as well to reach any not nearby place…

If you spend some time in this area you know that every property that says it has a view this view is always stunning as the surroundings are stunning from any place…said this. The property faces the main road as well as the beach connected to it, therefore the road traffic noise is constant spoiling the whole scenario. Flat was delivered in untidy manner. We were a couple and with a Booking upgrade were given a flat with no sofa. We had the room and another bed in the living room. So we had the dining table chairs to seat or the cheap plastic chairs in the noisy balcony to seat. My husband got back pain with one night sleep. 80’s decoration and old stuff mixed with cheap new things available in the flat. My husband had to wash cup and glass before use them as there were lipstick marks on them from someone else use other than us…

Amazing place for a short gateway

We had an amazing time. The host is very friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony is amazing. Perfect location for a relaxing stay. The private beach is definitely worth spending time at.

The room was nice, though the lights inside are very bright, white light which makes the room feel a bit cold. We would have preferred a warmer lighting option. Other than that, the room had all the required facilities.

Mladen and Ana are great hosts. Mladen met us and prepared tasty grilled fish for dinner even we arrived at late night. Appartments were comfortable and clean with beautifull views. The beach is amaising with crystal water and wonderful views.

Very nice view from the property, they have a private beach right in front, room that was eventually assigned to us was very nice and comfortable

As the room that was assigned to us did not match the description of the booking made (was a lot smaller, less facilities, no view) we had an initial disagreement with the owners. They came up with different conflicting stories, eventually when we really stood our ground they agreed to provide us with an upgraded apartment. The apartment itself was very nice, convenient, comfortable and had a very nice view. Although parking is free and very convenient, the exit lane is right in a curve of a busy road and an advertising sign and bushes block the view which makes it quite dangerous. I would recommend to make it safer by trimming the bushes, moving the sign and putting a mirror on the other side of the road so you can see the traffic.

Location near beach, very friendly host. appartement was clean and parking also available. We had a big balcony. We recommend to choose the sea bass, they can prepare it for you as dinner. it is very tasty. Supermarket is 2 km further away. Very nice to stay a night or two.

Still one of the best

We've been here before, and it's still good. Quiet, roomy, with a little beach nearby. Places to eat are 5 minutes away in a car, Perast is also close, if you can manage the parking.

Hosts seem to have expanded the place, or it may be someone nearby, or my bad memory from 6 years ago, but these days it's quite a crowd at the beach all day long except for very early in the morning. Maybe try and come here a little bit off the high season.

Nice stay

It is very nice place - clean, it has everything you need (fridge, microwave, hairdryer, enough towels.. ), wifi, parking spot. Huge bonus is private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas you can use for free. The view is also very nice. Nearest shop and restaurant are in Risan, 2km away which is ok when you have a car. Hosts were also nice.

We strayed in the apartment on the first floor, where you have 3 apartments with a huge balcony divaded by big flowerpots, so you do not have a lot od privacy which is not the case on the upper floors where you have your own balcony. Other then that everything else was really nice.
