Savršena lokacija, pogled na more, udoban i prijatan smeštaj, opremljen do najsitnijih detalja, terasa savršena, blizu plaža . Ponta od smeštaja pravo mesto za uživanje, bez gužve sa stepenicama za ulazak u vodu, mada je dubina dovoljna za skokove.
Domaćini izuzetno ljubazni, prijatni, uvek tu za sve, a nenametljivi. Sačekala nas je Maja i savršeno ukusan domaći kolač,kao i boca vina, a ispratili sa nas sa suvenirom.

Appartment is spotlessly clean and has everything we needed.. We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 adult children. Facilities and accomodation were perfect.
Hosts Maja and Milos are amazing hosts, very welcoming and very helpful.
5 min walk from the apartment to a nice beach and well located for visiting Perast and Hercig Novi. Private off road parking spot is really useful. Incredible view from the apartment and terrace area. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend staying to explore the area. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. I loved that the apartment was located a bit away from the crowded tourist areas of Kotor Bay. We enjoyed the calmness of this place and the beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. The property itself is very well maintained, and you can find everything you might need during your stay. It is perfect for a long-term rental. The hosts are very polite and welcoming; we felt like their precious guests. We would love to come back and wake up again to the incredible view from the bedroom.
There was just one small thing we couldn't find at the apartment—matches or a lighter. It was my husband's birthday, and we wanted to light candles. It was quite late in the evening, and we didn't want to disturb our hosts. I'm pretty sure they would have helped us.

This is probably the best accommodation we've rented on Booking. All the facilities you can imagine, fantastic terrace with wonderful sea view, comfy bedrooms, little private sea dock a few steps away from the apartment, the most lovely hosts.. Beach, the market and caffes within 3mins walking distance, etc.
