Perfect Apartment

The lady was very kind, she stay awake until midnight to receive me in the apartment so I could pass the night. The house feels like coming back again at home with a lovely grand mother waiting for you, to receive you back. It totally worth the money spent. The ameneities of the house are complete. Hygiene is 100% certified. I would go back for sure.

Jacuzzi is charged extra 20 Euro per hour.

Very noisy and uncomfortable stay.

The room was clean and the location is very close to Porto Montenegro.

The apartments were incredibly noisy. People were shouting and screaming until 1am on both nights. Then again people started shouting from around 6am. There were no towels or bed linen apart from a sheet on the mattress and half a ripped sheet as a ‘blanket’. The shower was very slow to drain so I was standing in dirty water and had to keep turning the water off to prevent it overflowing. The curtains and blinds didn’t keep out any light and the room faced directly onto a street light. I had zero communication from the host about check in and when I arrived couldn’t locate a reception. This was the worst place I stayed at during my six weeks trip to the Balkans. Not recommended at all.

A pleasant 2 night stay at the end of a busy group adventure.

Spacious room with spacious airy balcony, with Mountain View and partial sea views. Location was good, set slightly back from the main road, cross that and you are practically at the marina.

Tivat is being wildly developed, therefore unfortunately huge buildings have gone up, on the other side of the main road, blocking a lot of the sea views. The shower hose/ head had also seen better days, but did the job!

Fabulous first holiday in Montenegro

Apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had everything we needed.. We arranged our airport transfer with the apartment owners in advance, and our taxi was waiting as soon as we arrived. Great location to explore Tivat and Porto Montenegro. 10-15 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes from nearest supermarket and bakery just a little further. Excellent choice of restaurants all with 10-20 minutes walk. We also arranged a taxi to/from Kotor with our hosts, and our driver was fantastic, avoiding traffic and stopping at perfect places for panoramic views/photos.

Overall a wonderful stay, very helpful, the transfer service was wonderful and the apartment is very clean and good location within walking distance of most things

I actually did not have problems at all. I guess if I could want / wish for something it would be a microwave. I knew there was no microwave so it is not a "complaint" :). But having a microwave would make a very good apartment even better!

Good value for your money

Wonderful place to stay, very close to the beach and Porto Montenegro. Room was very clean and the owners Bato and his son Drazen are sooo nice and welcoming people. View from the top floor terrace was something to remember.

everything was fine, the hosts were a lovely family, Ranka, her husband Bato and son Drazen Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts, they collected us on time from the airport and took us back on our return. we also rented very nice bicycles from the host very cheaply

A tranquil place for a family vacation in Tivat

The location was excellent - far enough from the road to ensure a peaceful stay, yet within walking distance of a great café, a store, a vegetable market, and one of the best beaches in Tivat. Free parking was provided. The host was polite and provided us with all the necessary explanations. The room had a kettle and dishes, as well as a washing machine, although we didn't use it. We particularly enjoyed the large balcony with a view of the bay. The bed was very spacious but slightly squeaky. Our daughter loved sleeping on the bunk bed on the top, she was thrilled by this little adventure.

The Wi-Fi registration process was a bit complicated, but the staff explained to us how to do it.

It is a very good location. It didn't even take 5 minutes to walk to Porto Montenegro. Don't expect luxury, but there are interested and experienced hosts. A clean apartment. It was enough for my wife and me. I recommend it for those who are thinking.
