The room felt new and was well equipped: importantly to note that there's no lift and the staircase is outside and very narrow so avoid big suitcases, especially if youre on the 3rd floor of the house. Very good views from the balcony though if you're facing the port. Good location if you need access to the port. Quite far from local shops, you'll only have access to the new shopping center where prices are very high, but if you like the "Dubai shopping experience" you're in the right area :) Another good thing is the free parking space in front of the house, very convenient.

The room key is attached to the key card to turn on the electricity in the room: you can't charge your electric devices during the day and the AC is off so you come back to a very hot room (it's 36 degrees in Tivat right now): this could simply be avoided by putting the AC on eco/timer during the day to manage the cost and still keep the room cool. Now, I'll put this on the language barrier, but there was a lot of shouting involved, as in, shouting at me, as opposed to "talking" to me, and being constantly reminded of the rules, as in "they expected me not to follow the rules". On the day of checkout they started banging on my door and ringing the bell at 9am to tell me that the checkout was at 10am...and they came back at 9.52am and stayed in front of the front door until I left at 10am. It's a nice place, in a nice location and I've scored it accordingly, but let's be honest, I didn't feel welcome at all this time.

Nice clean room, friendly hosts. Great location, close to town. A little expensive but overall highly recommended.. Has a/c, fridge, washing machine, TV, cooker..

Nothing to dislike.

We arrived with our family at Tivat airport. There, the owner of the apartments met us and drove us directly to the place. The transfer price was fixed and good, unlike taxi prices. At the entrance, the hostess warmly welcomed us, gave us the keys, and showed us the room. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed linen and towels were also clean, and there was always hot water in the room. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was in the room, including a private kitchen. So we could cook right in the room. The room had air conditioning, an iron, and a hair dryer, and near the entrance to the room there was water in a cooler. There is a balcony where you can drink coffee in the morning with a view of the city and the sea. The apartments are within walking distance of the sea and the main city attractions. There is also a shopping center nearby. The hosts are very hospitable and were always ready to help. They told us what to visit, where to go, and where to relax. We will definitely come again!
