Nice property high in value and tremendous location.

The hosts were very responsive and easy to work with.

WiFi could be spotty. We stayed for 6 weeks and the set up in the kitchen was not set up for an extended stay.

Nice place to stay with amazing hosts

Staying at Simovic apartments felt almost like visiting my Slavic grandma in her village, and I truly enjoyed it! The area wasn't loud, the nature is beautiful, and you have anything you need nearby. We had two rooms, and they were true to the pictures. From our terrace, I really enjoyed the mountain view. The beach is an 8-minute walk from the apartment. The best thing about this place is the hosts! Dragana and Dean organised a free airport transfer for us, were always there to help with any questions we had, and surrounded us with love and care. We already miss them and want to revisit them :)

Fantastic place to stay!

The owners were delightful! Made you feel like you were family. Went out of their way for you. The location was great. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I have traveled a lot using booking.com website for places to stay. This accommodation is in my top five. This apartment is a very good value for the money spent.

Very helpful host with good price quality

Good price quality. The host was very welcoming. Collected me from the airport and dropped me off at the ferry, totally unexpected and lovely. Had a good chat and he gave me some of his wine too, was quite nice :). Facilities: bed was comfortable for me and had the essentials for making my breakfast. Easy walk down to the water front in the morning. For what I paid, this was great.

Only a few dead ants lying around near the window, but everything else was good.

Great hosts and a good spot to explore the area from.

The hosts and their family were lovely. We were greeted at the bus station and had a free transfer to the property where we were handed our keys. You may want to try the local brandy but I'll warn you, it is strong! We were where the real locals live, about 2 Kms from the waterfront. I had no expectations about Tivat waterfront, which turned out to be flashy and full of super yachts and unaffordable shops. Dragana showed us a local, economical restaurant around the corner which does great meals (eat-in or take away) and his local coffee shop. Because we stayed a week, we took a couple of day trips to Kotor, easy to get to by local bus. One to visit the Old Town and one to go on a speed boat tour of the Submarine tunnels, Blue cave and Our Lady of the Rocks. There were not many trips going from Tivat itself.

We knew that it was a smoking permitted apartment, in this region that is the normal standard. We opened the windows because there was a slight residual smoke presence. We stayed a week and it was fine after the first day.

Kind host, walking distance to the beach and the port.

It is a nice place in walking distance to the beach (Beach 5C on google maps/Waikiki beach). There is a green market and supermarket near by. Porto Montenegro is very close, to the center of Tivat is is a longer but pleasant walk, i did it everyday with a baby/stroller and it was fine. I really like the the host offer bikes for free. They are older but in a good shape, with enough gears, so you don't have to worry about somebody stealing them and if you are more sporty, you can go around a coast to more historic towns than Tivat like Stoliv / Prcanj / Kotor (1h:20m by bike) But be careful, the drivers from MNE are a bit crazy and not used to leave enough space for bikes like in Europe. The room was nice and clean, bit darker because it was on ground floor. The last but not least, the owner is very kind and generous person. He help us with everything we needed. He picked us at a bus station and he was nice enough to drop off in our next location.

The door from the room are not directly to the garden/table, so you have to go around with the stairs, but it is just a small inconvenience. In the garden there are a few mosquitos, so better take some repellent with you.

All in, I would definitely recommend! Value for money - tick! :)

This is excellent if all you want is a base to lay your head. It is lovely inside and definitely fit for purpose, however there is nowhere to sit outside, so you need to be aware of that. The landlord is very helpful, but remember to ask about check-out time (this caught us out!). He also requires payment in cash, so you need to take enough to cover this. The free airport shuffle was very useful - we really appreciated this.

Fantastic hosts! Lovely spacious apartments, my family fit comfortably with 5 adults and 2 toddlers.

The hosts and their family are super nice! Dean collected my family from the airport free of charge (it was a large group so he went twice to the airport). His wife greeted everyone with freshly brewed coffee and home-made lemonade :). The apartment was spacious and there were two big bedrooms - enough space for my family (5 adults and 2 children), they brought 2 cots for the toddlers. The place was clean and had lots of clean towels. The garden is nice and pretty with figs, kiwis and other fruit growing there, my family were very lucky to get treated to fresh fruit and some veggies by Dean's father. Also my family went on an amazing boat ride for half a day to see Tivat and the price was very reasonable, Dean organised it through his friend and his wife (the boat ride was exceptional and the hosts were lovely, my father even bought some fresh fish from them). Dean also helped organise a rental car for a reasonable price. Thank you very much for making my family feel so welcome! :)

There was one toilet and bathroom - since my family was large (5 adults and 2 children) - it was a little tricky but we managed. Also there are mosquitoes out in the garden so you need to buy spray and stuff for the house for extra comfort.

Superb

Good location. Quiet, 15 min walk to the beach. Has all you need in the kitchen. Spacious. Comfy seating and dining areas in the living room. The supermarket is close too, 3 min walk perhaps. The hosts are nice and willing to help.

There a difference in level between one bedroom and the living room, the step is quite high and if you want to visit a bathroom in the middle of the night you'll 100% forget about it.

Lovely place! The owner was super friendly! Brought us to make a tour of the town with his own car and show where were the supermarkets, bakery and so on! Really accommodating owner =)

I wish every host was like Him 🤗

DEAN is the BEST HOST ever. His wife told us the secret recepie of nut liqour. Rakia, liqour, café anytime you meet the host or his father or his uncle 🤗. After arriving DEAN took us to a restaurant by his car however we were 5 of us (by own car), then showed us everything nearby, providing the most important information. Great value for the price

If Tivat is the destination you want, the location of the apartment is great, central.

The beaches in Tivat are small and not as great as others. If you are coming to Montenegro for swimming and beaches maybe Budva or something close to Plavi Horizonti would be better. You would need to drive for about 20-30 min otherwise which is not so bad anyways for a better beach.

Все было велколепно и провзошло мои ожидания! Хозяева - прекрасные душевные люди! Встретили в аэропорту (и отвезли потом в аэропор при отъезде!), провезли по городу, по набережной, все показали-рассказали! Вай-фай, в апартаментах, бесплатный и работает отлично! А какие, у них, домашние напитки - закачаешся! Восхитительно! До моря - пять минут пешком! Обязательно приеду еще! Всенепременно рекомендую! Хвала вам од срца! :)

Всем советую это место для проживания.Хозяин приятно удивил с самого начала-встретил в аэропорту (бесплатно),(в конце поездки так же безвозмездно отвез обратно).В номере все было так,как заявлено.Расположение-огонь.До пляжа 10 минут,магазин/спортзал-3 минуты.Хозяин так же предлагает свое домашнее вино-3евро/литр.ОТЛИЧНОЕ!После 22-тишина.В целом-спасибо Черногории и этому объекту размещения.

Замечательные доброжелательные хозяева - Драгана и Ден, которые сначала забрали, а потом отвезли в аэропорт и меня, и сына. Можно приобрести очень вкусное домашнее красное вино. У нас был номер с огромной верандой под крышей. Кухня полностью укомплектована. До набережной несколько кварталов, можно гулять и в сторону центра, и в противоположную, менее пафосную, но очень приятную. Типичный маленький курортный городок, чистенький и зелёный.

На наш взгляд, в кухне не хватает микроволновки, что совсем не критично, но было бы более комфортно.
