The apartment has an area of 100 m2, with a distribution that makes it ideal for families and groups up to 6 people. It is completely renovated taking care of qualities.
It is on the 1st floor with elevator. It is outside and is located in a quiet semi-pedestrian street.
It has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and 2 single beds. A large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room. They can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to a sofa bed in the living room. There is also a cot for babies.
The apartment has WIFI, Air Conditioning and Heating.
Guests receive explaining everything you need related to the apartment and the neighborhood so they can make the most of your stay in Madrid.
You can go walking without public transport the main attractions of the city. It also has excellent communications
Opera Metro station 3 minutes to 7 minutes from the subway station and train Sol.
Tourist bus stops a 3-minute walk
10 minutes by taxi from the train station of Atocha (Segovia, Toledo, Aranjuez, Barcelona ...)
25 minutes by taxi from Madrid-Barajas
In the vicinity you can find a wide range of supermarket, with a very wide range of all nationalities including gourmet products.
In the apartment windows are double glazed to ensure tranquility during the stay.

Communication with the host was very good. Apartment in a great central location - 3 min walk to Mercado San Miguel . Very well equipped including basic provisions. Nice big bathroom. Excellent double-glazed front windows/doors - made for a restful night. A lift for your luggage. Would happily stay here again.

Recently stayed for one week in this lovely apartment. Communication with Angel was faultless. We had a problem on our first evening with the apartment door and had to call him late at night and he answered straight away. Very helpful and such a nice person. The apartment is very spacious and bright and the location is amazing. It’s a short walk to most of the sights including Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, Plaza Oriente etc and you are literally surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants. Despite being so central the sound proofing is really good and we were never disturbed. Good aircon but note the second smaller bedroom only has a fan though my son didn’t find it a problem. If you have a lot of luggage there is a little lift which was useful. The apartment is nicer than the photos and is well equipped (coffee tea sugar oil etc) and has lots of storage. I would 100% recommend it. Special thanks to Marta who met us there. Lovely person and with her little English and my little Spanish we got on just fine.

The apt is spacious and very convenient in terms of access to Metro (Opera & Sol stations both within 10 min walking distance) and convenience stores (10+ stores within 10 min walking distance). Also it’s only 5min walk to the market and we went everyday :)
I wish there are more home supplies provided… only 3 Nespresso capsules for 3 people/3 nights. There were no shampoo, conditioner & body wash provided. Tissue papers and towels are at the minimum. Kitchen is great but seasonings and supplies provided are not encouraging for cooking…
It is a great place to stay for visiting Madrid :)
