Perfectly located if you want to experience the city of Madrid! The staff were superb👍😁👍. Valentina was so nice. There was a heatwave when we visited Madrid, the staff have asked us of how we are. On the same day, they send us bottles of water, a bottle of cold sparkling drink and extra stand fan which we appreciate so much.Thank you (just hoping there will be AC next time we visit😁). Place is so accessible. Apartment is so clean. Nice balconies. They have everything you need in the kitchen. Living room is so big..Overall it a great place!

What we did not like were, the floor of the 2nd bathroom was like flooding after taking a bathe because it seems like there is no drainage. So we have to dry it off with extra sheets and towels... the second one are the long pillows, they were a little hard and not so comfortable to sleep with...Third is the outside noise - trucks are cleaning the road and picking up garbages in the evening...sirens...cars honking..

The housekeeper Victoria brought the keys and we collected them from her. The actual management company was difficult to get hold of and did not respond most of the time. The actual apartment was keen and spacious. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and we would have stayed there if we could as we extended for a number of other days. The kitchen was good; beds were basic but comfortable and the location - an attic unit was great as it was relatively quiet most of the time.

The host, Eleven Host, never answers their phone. They are super hard to reach, even by WhatsApp and they do not get back to you within any reasonable time frame. I tried to extend the apartment lease a few days in advance of our having to leave and they only contacted me after I had already booked and paid for another place.

Lokalizacja budynku to największy plus. W obiekcie podstawowe udogodnienia, wystarczające jak na nasze potrzeby (wyposażenie kuchni, suszarka do włosów, ręczniki, klimatyzacja).

Nie do końca wiadomo co robić ze śmieciami; Kanapa w salonie skrzypi gdy używasz jej do spania; zaskoczyła nas susząca się pościel i ręczniki, ale nie był to dla nas problem)

Da localização e da simpatia dos funcionários.

Falta de blackouts, muita claridade nos quartos. Falta de manutenção geral.
