It is a beautiful apartment, fully equipoed and very comfortable. It has everything you'll need for a short stay or longer. It is in a great area whete you can just walk out your door and start walking in any direction.
What i didnt care for was that you pick up your keys in one building, then have to ealk sbout 2 more blocks to reach your apartment. Hated dragging our luggage even farther. But you can leave your keys at the apartment when you leave. We were on the 1st floor and there was a restaurant beneath us that, thankfully, ended it's night early enough.

Brilliant location, right in the heart of Madrid. Spacious and comfortable apartment.
You need to collect the keys at another location but it is only a 500m walk and the staff were excellent to deal with.

Very clean comfortable apartment. Central location so close to restaurants and theatres. Lovely modern bathroom. Great washing machine. Cute balconies. Elevator to the higher floors was a bonus.
No teatowel for drying dishes. Only 1 wineglass. Street was quite noisy but didn’t go too late. No duvet on the bed, just a sheet though did find a blanket in the cupboard.

Great location. Beds are comfortable.
The key collect is far away, also you need to return the keys on same place with all suitcases. We got just one towel each. There is no towel for hands. There is no rack for drying plates. Also the apartment was not clean enough. It was not dirty but for example on the sofa was some little bits.
