The house is in a great location, great structure and great for those that need a space to stay and work. The kitchen is complete, and living room very comfortable.
The bathroom in the room is very badly done. We couldn't use the shower during our stay and the sink has a terrible smell from the sewage, so it needs to be kept closed the whole time. So, you can use the toilet and sink, but not the shower. The owner was communicated, but she checked the hot water on the wrong bathroom. And he were left with an issue of the shower for the whole stay.

The apartement is located at floor no.1, refurbished , very clean, very central, a lot of good restaurants in the area.
poor soundproofing of the apartment and noisy neighbors. the bathrooms are very small.
