Overall, we had a very nice stay. The location was in walking distance from everywhere we wanted to visit and the apartment was very suitable for our family. The property manager was very attentive.

Greet location and right above the opera station. It’s very lively at all hours of the night. It’s very loud at night with people talking then when you finally think you get a break, the loud early morning noise starts when deliveries are made to the surrounding stores. The host was amazing and attending to all concerns. They weee able to bring us a fridge since the existing one was beeping throughout the night. The place is old and need a refresh like touch up paint, regrout of tiles, and a new TV. The location is perfect though.

The apartment is located, well, near everything. We walked to most landmarks and hopped on the nearby metro as well. Raul, the manager, texted us a few times through our stay to make sure all was well. And was ready to make recommendations. That was a great personal touch. I'm giving it 5 stars because of the location and Raul. I would have to note the main bedroom is off a very busy pedestrian plaza and you either embrace the action and realize the location (with all its convenience, etc) is worth it or you might end up a little grouchy from night time noise. The doors to the balcony do a good job keeping MOST of the sounds muffled but light sleepers beware. Hey, but this is Madrid - get out and enjoy!Oh, the art piece in the photo, the big face? It's tiny ! Haha.
