The property is located in a very central location making it very convenient to walk and site see.
The apartment was very small with very little space for three people even though it is advertised for 4. There was no actual closet or cabinet from everyone to stowaway their belongings, so you end up living out of suitcase. You can barely walk in between the beds. They didn’t provide enough bath towels. We were three and we only got 1 large size towel and 3 small ones.
The walls are thin in between apartments and so you listen to everything, making it hard to sleep. They also have a problem with the power breakers tripping for the row of apartments. I had to reset them about 4 times. One time it happened while in the shower and left me in the pitch dark.

Small but very cute room, in perfect location and easy access to all parts of the city. Clean and tidy! It’s the second time I stay and will stay again.
The elevator was not working, not really their fault but hope they fix it soon.
Has a coffee machine but would be great to have a small water boiler for those drinking tea instead of coffee.
Then as recommendation I would add some towels hangers behind the bathroom door and include some cutlery in case you want to eat something in the room.

Great location, in the center of Madrid, close to Plaza Sol, Plaza Mayor and metro station Callao. Many restaurants just in front of the appartment, market Carrefour is around the corner, shopping center El Corte Ingles few minutes away.
Easy check-in process. Early check-in on request.
Old elevator (from the old black and white movies), which is quite amazing, but can a problem for people with kids trolley or large luggage.
Coffe express and basic kitchen equipment.
Lack of ergonomy and idea in the room - no bed lamps, no wardrobe or any other place to hang or unpack the clothes, TV in the corner unable to watch - but you don't come to Madrid to watch TV :)
Thin walls.
Rooms 1-4 have the balcony with the view of the city, but nr 5 is inside room with no view at all.

The convenience to places around the area and the decorations
Water pressure not great and the drain in the sink and shower took awhile to drain after washing hands and taking a shower. I also didn’t appreciate the neighbor next door who kept playing loud music until 3 am the first night and then the last night there were screams and growls from the neighbor on and off from 11 30 pm until 2 am
