The apartment is placed in the center of Madrid with a little balcony on Calla Preciados, one of Madrid Main streets. Perfect for 5 people, the price was cheep and the host Carlos was very kind and always ready to help.

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todos los puntos de interés turístico. Carlos muy amable, nos esperó con refrescos y chocolates para los niños. Sin dudas volvería

La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de dos estaciones de metro y en pleno centro de la ciudad. El baño es completamente nuevo y el piso está bien equipado.
Creo que podrían mejorar las almohadas cambiándolas por unas más cómodas. A mayores una pequeña mejora en la cocina estaría bien.

Great location, but its not fit family with small kids and baby stroll. elevator super small, you need to fold the stroller, hold child in hands and it for 1-2 persons without luggage or 1 person or 0 persons if you want to put luggage. the manager was super good, great hospitality and such.
the building is old, carton walls, noisy. the appartment wasnt clean enough, but maybe its because of construction in front of the building. the appartment needs renovation. for 1-2 days for the company of friends who are party hard its nice, but its not a family friendly place i would say.
