The location, size of the property and the facilities provided. Good for families.
surprised to find that property is located in the basement. Not sure, if we overlooked the property description. This is not too discomfort at all though.

La ubicacion, en pleno corazon de Madrid, muy cerca de Gran Via y de Sol.
El check-in, habia pedido entrar mas temprano, me dijenos que lo verian, lo cual se entiende, pero al contrario, tuvimos que esperar una hora mas del acordado para poder entrar.

La ubicación.
La insonorización, arriba parece que hay una discoteca con música electrónica que cierra a las 5 de la mañana y se oye como si estuviera en el centro de la pista. Además al ser un sótano tiene unas escaleras de acceso muy estrechas y empinadas... Tuve dificultad para bajar las maletas
