Location.
It was our 1st time using code downloaded from the web sent by the owner as key to open the front entrance. The code did not work well and the owner had to open the frent door remotely for us, Wasted a lot of time to get this going. No cleaning service. Change of towers, floor towers, face towers etc. Supposed to be once every two days but nothing happened after the third day that we were there!

Perfect location, very clean and fully equipped apartment for long term comfortable stay. Carla was very accommodating with check in and check out requests.
I would suggest simplifying the check in process and having a key box/wifi access set up for unlocking the doors instead of trying to coordinate in-person meetings. Having luggage storage would also be a good option since many places offer it.
