صعوبة إيجاد السكن اعتمدنا على الصور في بوكينق وسؤال المحلات المجاورة لمعرفة مكان الشقة. كذلك الرد من المضيف يتأخر وطلبنا بطانية إضافية ولم يتم توفيرها لنا مع أن الحجز لثلاث أشخاص والمتوفر اثنتان فقط.

Top Lage mitten in Madrid. Preislich in Ordnung für 4 Personen.

Wohnung nicht gründlich sauber: WC war bei Ankunft verschmutzt, Staub und Müll unter dem Bett, Haare in Schubladen. Unklarer Checkout: Um rauszukommen, muss man den Schlüssel zuerst unten benutzen, dann zurück in die Wohnung bringen und anschließend gehen – das wurde uns nicht vorab erklärt und ist unpraktisch.

Central location, quietish street near gran via, good value for 2 bedroom in Madrid, great appliances (aircon, fridge, washer dryer), pretty good shower

After telling them 4 times what time we would arrive (including when we booked the lodging, and 30 mins before arrival), we were left standing on the street for 20+ minutes with all of our bags trying to call them with no answer, stressed about whether they were ever going to respond and let us in, and starting to try to contact booking to ask what to do. Eventually someone came out and seemed surprised to see us and let us in, but the apartment wasn't even 100% ready and she had to let herself back in later to finish. I'm still not totally sure what would have happened if we were checking in later and didn't happen to run into the employee.
