The place was perfect for us.

Location is amazing with a short walk everywhere. Communication was great and all questions were answered. The place is big and spacious and it was a pleasure to stay there.

Parking is a bit difficult and it's complicated to know where to park safely. This was an issue for us as we drove to the place. Perhaps find safe undercover carparks before arriving.

A very good place to stay, but hosts need to attend to some details and improve the equipment.

The location is excellent. The apartment spacious, comfortably furnished and clean. ,

It would have been welcoming and helpful to have been met by the host. There is no information at all about the flat. For example, how to work the appliances (we couldn't get the washing machine to start which was very inconvenient). I think the washing machine could be broken. I received some instructions via the host company, but still no joy. Also, no information about where the nearest food shops, Metro, bus stops are. There is a dripping tap in the ensuite bathroom that kept the people sleeping there awake. Utensils such as a bread knife, bread\chopping board, salad servers, serving spoons would have been nice, especially if the flat is to be used by groups and families who will want to eat at home. This is my third holiday in this flat and each time I have asked that a proper ironing board be put in the flat in my feedback. It's important when you are travelling to be able to iron your clothes. There is an iron, but the ironing board is a small table-top and not useful.

Beautiful apartment and very spacious

Looking out onto other lovely buildings and treetops, great design and lots of light in the rooms, excellent double glazing so easy to sleep, beautiful building entrance. Very quick and helpful responses.

A good place to stay, but some TLC needed

The location is excellent. The flat is located in an elegant period property with many original features

Last time we stayed here, we commented that the ironing table was broken and that that particular type (table top) is difficult to use, eg to iron a shirt or dress. A proper ironing board would be better. This time, we found exactly the same device, broken and useless. A decent ironing board is essential when guests are travelling. There was a shortage of cutlery (e.g. tea spoons) and the few kitchen knives there were, were blunt. More serving dishes, a better range of utensils would be appreciated. Like many guests using apartments, we prefer to home cook and buy local produce and specialities. Some paint work needs attention in the master bedroom and en-,suite bathroom.

A huge, quiet and well appointed apartment

This is a huge apartment with super comfortable beds and excellent showers. It was very easy to find, and well located within walking distance to many attractions, and restaurants as well as the stations. We have left something valuable behind and the host Chiara is kindly mailing it to us.

The apartment living areas are darker then we are used to, but there was plenty of seating and it didn't detract from our stay.

Horrible Stay, Disturbingly Dirty and Smoke-Filled

Located in a beautiful building. Close to city center and train station.

One of the WORST properties we have stayed at. It smelled horribly of smoke and mold. This apartment is NOT air conditioned. There was no AC in the living room. There was a plug in fan unit in the bedroom, that was not able to keep the room cold. There is very little natural light in the apartment. The bedsheets and pillows smelled of old sweat. It was nauseating. We were only able to handle one night there. Even though we had booked here for longer, we left and found another place in Turin. Save your money. This place is NOT as advertised.

Location was great. Space was large and charming. Building was beautiful

No air conditioning; they had two units that worked insufficiently for the space. Very hot the entire stay Property had foul odor of smoke and maybe mold. There was mold growing behind one of the doors. Cobwebs present throughout. Lots of them. Wall smudges and flooring dirty at edges and under tables.

Great location. Lovely flat in a beautiful old building on a quiet street. Easy walk to the centre. Comfy beds and fans and AC units if it’s hot.

Huge apartment, centrally located in Turin.

Centrally located the apartment was huge!

The beds were very firm and pillows to match. The floorboards in the living areas were very noises so moving around the apartment felt like you were waking on egg shells trying to be quiet. On our day of departure there was no hot water for showers.

Really good and spacious property. In a good location and easy to get around the city either by foot or by tram/metro. Very easy to check in and Chiara gave us some really good restaurants/recommendations. Group of 4 lads - we had a cracking time and would highly recommend.

Great apt for families or friends in center Turin

Great Location. Suitable for families. We were three adults and three kids. Very clean. Very comfortable. Paid Parking just across the street. Chiara who welcomed us was very nice and helpful and recommended great restaurants. Highly recommended!

Great apartment, well located for train stations and sight seeing in Turin

Location was great, nice and central but on a side road so less street noise than anticipated. Unexpected extras around the apartment, e.g. shampoo and hair dryer were nice touches, we weren't there long enough to use many of them, but the fact they were available made us feel really positive and that we would like to return for a longer stay. Owner kindly let us leave suitcases in the apartment for a few hours after check-out as our train wasn't until late afternoon.

I liked basically EVERYTHING! The apartment is located in a gorgeous XIX building just a few steps from the historic center of Torino and the central railway station. Chiara waited for us at the appointed time, explained basic things about the apartment and whereabouts, she was very kind to help us with the taxi on our way to the airport. No problem with English!

Appartamento enorme e ideale per famiglie numerose, con qualche dettaglio da migliorare.

Appartamento molto bello, spazioso e davvero grande: per 7 persone con delle bambine è stato comodissimo. Due bagni, ambienti ampi e ben arredati. La posizione è abbastanza centrale e il palazzo è signorile e molto bello. La gestione è a distanza da più persone, il che crea a volte un po’ di confusione, ma sono sempre stati molto veloci a rispondere e disponibili a venirci incontro su tutto.

I letti non sono comodissimi e manca la smart TV. Il parquet, essendo a listelli, scricchiola parecchio. Inoltre la lavastoviglie non funzionava correttamente (non lavava bene i piatti).

Buona soluzione per visitare il centro di Torino

Appartamento in palazzo storico, come da foto su Booking, in ztl di Torino a 10 minuti di cammino da piazza San Carlo, curato, ben attrezzato, ampio e comodo (soprattutto i due bagni), letti comodi Nelle vicinanze parcheggio interrato a prezzo ragionevole. Le comunicazioni con l’host via mail e whatsapp veloci e precise.

Nulla di particolare. Forse l’unico neo è stato il check-in on line un po’ complesso, è necessario prepararsi tutte le foto dei documenti fronte e retro dei partecipanti.
